My waitress was fantastic and very friendly and the place was very clean. I got my food very fast. The food was ok, I had the biscuits and gravy, hashbrowns, and fruit cup. The portion sizes could be bigger for the price, not sure if the prices are on the higher side because it’s close to the casino and not many other options or what.

Let me tell you! I pulled off I-94 in Battlecreek for a late breakfast. We stopped because it had 4.5 star rating.
While this is a truck stop it was very clean,great service and tasty food.
I had the country fried steak breakfast and my wife had the cornedbeef hash. The cook prepared everything fantastic. The biscuit was yummy.
If your ever around exit 104 on I-94 battle creek please stop in.

When I went to have breakfast in the middle of the day, I found that the place was empty. It’s odd because it use to fill more with customers. I grabbed a to go breakfast, eggs / bacon , & toast . Generous portions it was really good. Good value for what you pay. I hope these places don’t die out cause they not busy like before the pandemic. I would definitely go back and get sum more breakfast!

What a gem. We had excellent service (Jim). Food, prepared and presented exactly as requested. The restaurant was extremely clean, (as were the restrooms). Very affordable. ZERO complaints. Highly recommend.

Place is clean, food was good. Waitress was pleasant. Very sad though to see these places fading away. 20 years ago as a fellow truck driver these places would be booming. Now it always appears to be empty.

Upon entering sign says please seat yourself. I do. The restaurant is nice close and a bit slow. Could be where I’m located. Upon sitting I’m greeted by my waiter and promptly give my a menu and grabs my drink. Drink is well carbonated. I place my order for a ribye and mashed potatoes. It comes with a piece of garlic bread and the soup of the day. I choose the chicken noodle. I get my soup it tasted good lots of flavor given this is a diner at a truck stop. My steak is cooked by my waiter because like everyone else, they are short handed. Comes out just as I order.(medium) he thrown some Cajun seasoning on it for me and brings me out my lea and perrins. The bread was a touch overdone and my mashed potatoes were a touch dry. But this is a diner not a fancy restaurant. My food was delicious for knowing what this place is. Staff if friendly I will be back.

This was my first time trying this place and I will say it was an awesome experience. Their Christmas feast was scrumptious. The staff was very friendly and the atomsphere of this place makes you feel at home. I’m literally in a food coma right now. We will most definitely be back. We didn’t get to travel home due to the snow storm and I was a little down about not having a nice Christmas meal with my family but this helped. Thank you so much for making our Christmas a little better
