I’m giving one star due to the fact that every single time I’ve ordered from here my coffee is always garbage.. it is never made right like at all… you guys want tips… here’s one.. make sure you read the ingredients the customer wants. What if I was allergic to almonds and you added it all nilly willy. It was supposed to have salted Carmel crunch cold foam and vanilla with classic… I got crap.. I want a refund

Ordered 2 cold brew and one pink drink. We got the cold brew in a timely fashion but waited forever for the pink drink. Other people’s orders were placed on the counter and we are still waiting for our pink drink. I asked the lady behind the counter and she ignored us numerous times. Finally I asked another employee and they went to go make it and found it was made and placed on the drive thru counter. He was very nice, she was rude. Not happy.

Believe it or not I have never been to starbucks before today but I stopped by for a gift card as a late Christmas gift. I was cashed out by Hannah, who was so kind and funny! She made my first Starbucks adventure a wonderful experience. She was knowledgeable about the different kinds of drinks and the holiday options (I asked for a rundown as I was out of my element). She was welcoming and made my day. Hannah you are amazing! Thank you for your stellar customer service!

I don’t know what’s in the air but lately people don’t know how to interact with customers. I order my drink at around 6:24 on the app and at 6:30 I got the notification that it was ready. Got to the cafe and there was nothing on the counter. I’m waiting and then get asked what I was waiting for. I went to tell this girl my order and she cuts me off and rudely says no no I need a name. She then makes my drink and is only polite when she hands it to me. I totally understand being busy and stressed, I used to work in a coffee shop. But don’t be rude just because I didn’t understand that you wanted a name. Then there are chunks of matcha all over my drink because she rushed.

I’ve been going to this Starbucks for years and it seems that as of recent the level of service has decreased. I called on 11/05 about the “Bearista” holiday cups and was informed by an employee over the phone that two would be available when the store opens on 11/06. I arrived at 3:19am and waited for the store to open at 4:30am. About five minutes prior to the store opening the employees removed the bear cups from the shelves. I was the first customer to enter when they opened and was denied a cup, as I was informed by the employee working the register, Tyler, that the baristas already bought the cups. My issue is with the customer service. Had I been told over the phone that the cups would not have been available for the public, I would not have wasted my time. As far as the atmosphere, the remodel looks good but less spacious than before, and the parking situation is tight.

Without going into details – a member of the staff acted in an intimidating manner towards me and the rest of the staff protected his frightening behavior – including the female district manager. If you’re a woman I would not go in there.

Don’t order here if you’re on a schedule. Forget thinking mobile orders will improve your chances. This is THE worst Starbucks location for service. And the excuses they make are refutable… slow service because they’re busy with 3 customers, 2 people are tables, 4 cars in line, and no less than 4 baristas. On my most recent visit, one customer has waited “21 minutes” for his mobile order. How is that possible?? I observed another woman have a similar problem with her mobile order, but she wasn’t nearly as calm about it, though she had made a couple of inquiries about status before finally lodging hey last complaint.

Bottom line: poor management that leads to poor service, poorly designed parking lot, lost opportunity.

The staff here gave Me a terrible experience today. All my food and drinks were ready and it took them over 20 minutes to put it in a bag after asking several times for assistance. I feel ignored and treated poorly. Everything here is so expensive and this is the service I get???? I do not recommend this location. The parking lot is tiny and a risk of a accident feels likely.
