We came prepared to wait. We were told 1.5 hours, but we waited closer to 1 hour.
Our server, Max, was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed!!
The food was delicious!! The fried wickle pickles were good! Bread and butter were yummy! Teriyaki chicken was spicy.

Everything before our entree was amazing. The onion straws were crispy and not greasy. The mozzarella wedges were fresh. The bread was probably the best thing at the table.
The salad with Italian dressing was delicious and salty. Everything before the steak and baked potato had my expectations high.
While the steak was still good and tender, it was somewhat under-seasoned for an $40 steak along with the baked potato. My husband got a loaded baked potato and said the “loaded” part was not worth the extra $2.50. The shrimp was not special by any means and I probably wouldn’t get them again.
Our waitress was very friendly and it did not take long to get our meals.
The appetizers and bread will be the reason I come back to try other entrees.

We dined on a Tuesday at 4:30 p.m. and was immediately seated. Everything was superb! We ordered a variety of items and all of the portions were good. The smallest portion, while delicious, was this chef’s choice pasta — cheese stuffed tortellini. I added steak (medium well) which was amazing!

We throughly enjoyed our couples night at Big Mike’s Steakhouse in Millbrook. Rachel the manager was awesome! She made sure we were well taken care of. Our Waitress Fancy was super sweet and attentive. They are new so they are very busy so wait times are a little steep on a Saturday night, but the wait is worth the food. Definitely give them a try. Oh and the crab claws, bread pudding, and the fried catfish were amazing!!!

Our server, Kinsley, was absolutely phenomenal. She is hands down one of the best servers we’ve had, very knowledgeable about the menu and clearly a steak expert. If you love a great steak experience, ask for Kinsley. You will not regret it.
We also had the pleasure of meeting the woman of the house, the store manager Raven. Both of these women truly understand what exceptional customer service looks like in 2026. Professional, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making sure guests have an amazing experience.

Had an amazing date night tonight here.Although it’s two hours away from us ;this is our new steakhouse spot. I had the ribeye which was tender and juicy ,with just the right char. I was sad the Carmel cheesecake wasn’t available ,but I did have the blueberry instead. It was amazing .Honestly ,the best cheesecake I’ve tasted. My luv bug had the big mike and he loved it.He wouldn’t stop saying how good his asparagus was. And to not forget my lemon drop was great. I believe our server was Kyle P and let’s just say he is customer focused. Thanks for the laughs and great service.

Great experience at Big Mike’s. Had the filet bites, mustang shrimp, and crab claws for apps, and the Dick n’ Karen for our meal. All of it was delish and cooked exactly the way we ordered it. Fancy was our server and she was fantastic. They were busy, but we never had to wait for anything. The manager even stopped by to make sure we were enjoying our meal. We’ll definitely be back and I hope we get Fancy as our server again.
