You were both very nice and very helpful people!
At the drive thru window,they encourage people to tip first,then to pay
That can possibly trip people up, especially if they are in a rush and just want to pay and leave.
This happened today.
A situation accidentally came up as a result of just that.
I was trying to skip the tipping,just for today,only ending up being charged a significant amount more.
I spoke with Troy on the phone and hour later about the matter.
Troy was extremely helpful and kind.
I went in for a refund after work,and Isaiah was so kind, polite, respectful,and helpful.
He was persistent to wanting to resolve the issue,though after a bit, I told him it was ok,it was no big deal because it was difficult for him in the beginning.
He sincerely truly wanted to help out. And he did!!!
Yay!!
It took a few minutes,
but everyone learned a little something new in the process.

I stopped in yesterday and I have to say this is one of the better Starbucks not only are the employees super nice and helpful but always smiling and the coffee tastes really good here. I’ve gotten coffee at other Starbucks, but I definitely prefer this location. It is a few minutes out of my way and I do pass another Starbucks, but I prefer the taste of the coffee here. The manager Krista is also very nice and helpful! Really love this location!

I went at about 7 AM on a Wednesday and was very disappointed to find the seating are not all that clean. We both had to switch chairs because of food stuck to the seat of our chairs and many of the tables still had remnants on them. Not what i have come to expect at a Starbucks, especially not this one. In addition, while i appreciate that the personnel are working hard, is it really necessary to make so much noise? I go there to have a great coffee and relax. Nothing relaxing about all that noise. Isn’t that why Starbucks provides background music? The music certainly was drowned out by all the noise.
