I can not thank this store and it’s staff more!!! I am from 1300 miles away and I was in the area looking at houses. I stopped in for some coffee and accidentally left my phone behind. They found my emergency contact (my husband) and made the call. I appreciate them so so much and the coffee was GREAT!!! Both times.

I gave this location another chance. Nothing has changed. My drink is never made correctly. I was an every day customer. I feel like more training is needed. Also some of the baristas are not looking very clean to be serving food and drinks. They are also not at all friendly. It’s a bit of a turn off. I am not sure I will keep paying the price of this drink for what I get out of the experience which is poor and questionable service.

This location has gone downhill this year. Used to be my go to place but now it’s more of a headache dealing with the rude and lazy staff. Drinks don’t taste right. If you ask for them to remake it, they give you attitude. The new manager, Kore, SUCKS. Anyone that was good at making drinks is now gone. The staff don’t even wash their hands after touching money then the food. Also the staff should know that the customers can hear them when talking. Kore started making jokes about disabled people. Which offended another customer that I was next to. For the cost of the food and drinks, it’s not worth it.

Starbucks in Granby is the best I’ve visited. I never wait my coffee for long time here. The stuff is really nice and professional. Thank you guys for your work!

Horrible Customer Service. They care more about the mobile orders and people that are actually not there waiting for food or drinks than people in their faces, in front of the register, people IN STORE! They don’t care about you.
I even paid cash, left $1,37 for a tip, finally after waiting, watching others walk out. I asked for a refund.
Never again will I ever tip at Starbucks.

Staff is pleasant enough but not always efficient. I order the same coffee whenever I go and have to ask for cinnamon on my cinnamon caramel cold brew. I’m not saying they should remember my specific order, don’t get me wrong, but the cinnamon is part of this particular order. I was one of only two customers present, the place wasn’t slammed. For the price of a cup, I figure I shouldn’t have to ask. I’ve also stopped before to find the door locked before actual closing time; they also close earlier than my usual Starbucks in Enfield. The windows are always dark (by design?), which makes it look like it isn’t open when it is open. People are going to Starbucks no matter what if they are looking for Starbucks coffee, it’s a chain, after all. Is my experience here going to stop me from going to Starbucks? No, it wasn’t that bad. This location has a little room for improvement, though.

I order online and my order is always ready as soon as I get in, the staff are super friendly and as far as Starbucks go, this place does a really good job of feeling like a neighborhood spot rather than a chain.

This Starbucks has become our goto Starbucks in the area for multiple reasons. First, they make a good cup of coffee. Not all Starbucks are the same and some of the baristas know nothing about how to make an espresso. Another reason is the staff here is friendly and knowledgeable. The also have fast service even when they get busy which seems to be rare now a days.

You try to order a drink and they tell you oh we don’t serve that drink anymore and tell you some bs story it being a seasonal drink. Yo I just got that drink at the other Starbucks location yesterday. You telling me Starbucks just all of a sudden changed its menu mid August? Lazy staff would rather just stand there like a lamp post

A little more special than your typical Starbucks because of the amazing stuff.
