If you’re looking for a solid burger fix in Kihei, this food truck is a must-visit. They have great variety on the menu with plenty of options to choose from. The meat was perfectly cooked and definitely wasn’t overdone…it stayed juicy and flavorful. Plus, the cheese was perfectly melty and tasted incredibly fresh. It hits that sweet spot between island casual and high-quality comfort food.

The electronic kiosk wouldn’t allow up to add more than one condiment on a build your own burger so burger was too dry. The service was extremely delayed. When food was ready the shakes were not. We completely finished our meals before our shakes were done. Not enough people working the truck for the amount of orders.

Multiple food truck setting. Menu said hand breaded onion rings. They are NOT hand breaded. Frozen rings. Ordered Philly. Was mostly bread. Very little meat. What meat it did have was good. I would look for another place.

Super cool food truck with awesome shrimp scampi and burgers!! The young guy taking orders is super chill and provides great service. I would highly recommend stopping by if you have a chance. There is a nice outdoor seating area for eating your meal.

I completely forgot to take picture but the food was good. Fast service. Nice owner. You have to order on the machine thing that’s in front of the truck. Very easy to use. Definitely recommend this place.

Ordered onion rings, was not told they were ready. The guy working put them out on the ledge. I asked if this was my order and he ignored me then stated right there. Bad attitude did not look like he wanted to be there. Stood there to get ketchup, did everything he could to ignore me.

My partner really liked her food from here. But, boy, the process of getting it was really something. When I arrived around 6:00 on a Friday night, the “Open” sign was on, lights were on, and the sale kiosk was on. I used the kiosk to place my partner’s order, then went to the nearby BBQ truck to order something for myself from there. Then I waited for the Maui Express food…and waited…and waited. That’s when I peaked inside the truck and realized that no one was there. Another couple had also ordered food and they took the initiative to ask the BBQ truck operator if he knew who operated the Maui Express truck. Kudos to the BBQ guy for going on a search to find the Maui Express guy. The dude eventually returned to the truck around 10 minutes later. By that time, several other people had ordered and quite a line had formed. All told, it was a little over 30 minutes before my order was ready.
Again, food was good, but the operation leaves a lot to be desired.
