I waited 23 minutes in the drive thru line for them to not even craft the drink correctly. If you can’t make the drinks or keep a sense of urgency at the drive thru you probably shouldn’t be doing either. I’ll use every Google account I have to keep reminding this location and its customers of such a terrible experience it is to shop at this location. Do better. Locations in other states don’t have these long wait times and issues. The manager needs to hire better people. Or just get rid of her all together because these problems stem from the top down clearly.

The food and drinks are delicious, the staff is nice, but it’s so slow! Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes for a drink pick-up. We have picked our stuff up inside also, and it was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes, it was at least 1/2 hour and it was only drinks. It’s also really pricey.

I have gone to this starbucks multiple times thinking it was just the staff on hand and giving them the benefit of the doubt, but EVERY single time I come I order a venti and they fill it half way full everytime. I ordered a venti pink drink and this is what it looked like, I have never complained but I really feel like I’m getting ripped of for the amount i’m paying for these drinks.The staff are also always seeming annoyed towards customers when ordering. They also always forget simple things, there’s been many occasions where they’ve completely messed up my entire order. I was glad when they added this starbucks to bangor because the other one is always so busy, but i’m very dissapointed with the service and potions because for a 10 dollar drink, I only get 5 sips and honestly it’s a waste of money. I hope they can do better.

every time I order i always order on the app for pickup. I always know there will be a wait so I just order it aead of time. they have not once got my order wrong and or have never gave me bad service

Rarely has full menu availability, inventory management at this location is awful, especially for the limited time seasonal products. Can’t get a pistachio cream cold brew for love nor money here. I wouldn’t care if it was a year round menu item, but if it’s only available for a limited time you’d think they could make sure they always have it during that time. Order double what you currently order.

This review deserves a zero honestly. The point of mobile ordering is to not have to wait. I waited 10 minutes after I put it in to go in and then waited another 20 minutes inside for it. Absolutely ridiculous. To go food orders from restaurants take less time. You need a better system. If not, do away with mobile ordering because it’s pointless.

I ordered on Doordash and I didn’t receive one of my drinks. I tried contacting doordash for a refund but they said they couldn’t give me a refund due to their “policy.” I called starbucks and Chris answered and he was so understanding and made my drink AND he gave me a refund for the inconvenience. He was very polite and I left the store feeling satisfied from his service. There needs to be more people like him, thank you Chris!

Terrible experience, I can’t believe that a customer can’t order a custom drink with three items in it and all the items not be in the drink. The barista doesn’t want to take a 30 seconds it takes to add everything to the drink and just pours the Iced Passion Fruit tea into the cup and moves onto the next order. I need a refund and of course when the drink gets dropped off to me and I see it’s wrong it’s already past closing time at 8. Retrain your staff, I visit Starbucks once sometimes twice a day and EVERYTIME lately at this location they don’t take the time to make the drinks correctly. I am going to switch back to the Target location because they always craft the drink correctly. By far and wide every time I go to New Jersey I NEVER have an issue at those Starbucks locations. Broadway needs to figure it out and stop wasting my money. Manager refund me and I’ll fix your low one star rating if not I’ll simply go out of my way daily to go to the Target location. Absurd

It was disappointing to find out that mobile orders are not as important as in person orders.

I was told by the cashier that the reason there were minimal options to order (almost everything on the app was listed as sold out); is because they were busy and wanted less mobile orders.

Really? The value of a dollar has not changed whether in person or through the app.

The only thing that changed is whether or not they want to work hard, make money for the company and keep the customer happy.

Unfortunately, Saturday I ordered something I did not want to be a loyal customer to Starbucks since my favorite items were all out of stock. I will not make that mistake again if I decide to patron this location ever again.
