Apparently Starbucks had a major tomato shortage. First and last time I come to the Sanford Starbucks….huge rip-off.
***Update… I gave it another chance. I ordered two hot coffees this morning and specifically asked for “a little bit of ice” to cool it down. I was given two iced coffees. Not the same thing, not even close. I was a respectful customer and accepted them without complaining, but I was frustrated. Tonight, I tried again….they finally got the order right…
But only after I gave a good tip IN ADVANCE….. Back when tips were actually tips, they were offered as additional currency AFTER exceptional service was provided. Apparently our society has degraded so much that we have to “tip” just for Average service. Exceptional service doesn’t even exist anymore. Everyone is aparently too privileged to do thier jobs for normal pay.

Second visit here in December and am really impressed with the service. Both times I was cheerfully greeted upon walking in. They told me they’d be right with me as I approached the cashier and both drinks I ordered were made perfectly . They even brought the drinks to me as I sat in a chair waiting. Wish I lived closer to this area. Thanks!

Nice and relatively new Starbucks with plenty of room to sit midweek afternoons. Drinks were a little slow appearing because priority is a drive-though, but overall it was an ok experience. Electric socket/USB points below some of the seating which is a bonus.

I really should had handed back my drink. It looked nothing like the picture and was basically watered down milk. I paid 7 dollars for an iced sugar cookie late that looked like an ice milk with a few shaken sprinkles on top. I also think the girl handing it to me knew it was a bad drink. Go to dunkin. Its basically the same thing but you get a better quality drink for your money’s worth. And that is sad to say because Starbucks should be better but its a waste of money for what you get.

The food, drinks, and service is always great but a few times I have experienced an inch to and inch and a half of my drink missing and receiving no visible cold foam which is really disappointing considering I pay 8-12$ for the drinks, which is already a little pricey yet understandable for the customization aspect and quality but doesn’t feel worth it when one of the add ons or some of the drink itself is missing.

I went in a few weeks back to order a drink in the cafe. While the food service was great, the environment was not. I overheard an employee being extremely rude to who seemed to be a newer employee when she asked a question. I did not catch both of their names on their name tag due to the position they were standing in. Jackie was not being very nice to her co worker. Sort of sad to see.

This was the best coffee I’d ever had from Starbucks. The person helping me was so nice and offering suggestions to make the coffee sweet enough. Often times it’s not. I tried a cold brew vanilla foam with horchata and omg. Amazing!!
