Fantastic burgers, especially the bison, and superb fries. Excellent beer, too. You can go to downtown Boise and pay twice as much for the same quality meal, but why? This is one of the best places to eat in Caldwell. I ate there four times over two months before leaving this review. The service is always excellent, friendly, and extremely attentive.

Grease poppin, fry smackin, burger grillin Heaven! We walked in with a family of 4 we have a toddler and this was her 2nd time in a high chair we were hesitant to take it to go but I was going to hold my daughter. We did a quick scan of the room and they did have high chair, we were thrilled! Our little one loved the experienced. Zach was the superior star to our party he was calm and very happy he offered a water cup to the little one. He as well went around to great all the guest which is not typical in my experience. It’s very wholesome and gratifying to see people still care as well as care about the families that are out to dinner, I will definitely return for this great experience, come down and see for your self Boise Fry Company taking care of business out here in Caldwell. Absolutely a hidden gem in our community. The bison burger was the best I’ve had in a long time. The fries were great and they have a huge selection of fry sauce and salt. Try it, you will not be disappointed. Can’t wait to go back

You would think that a food vendor who touts their French fries as a main dish and is even part of their name would be able to make a good French fry. Right? I mean c’mon fries are pretty easy to make.
Yet the fries they served us were the worst. Beyond soggy and tasteless! As you pick them up they become mashed potatoes.
French fries really need to have some kind of crunch to them.
I wouldn’t be writing this review if they had been at least passable. Literally any other place in town has a better product and they are frozen from a bag!
That must be the reason for all those sauces. Good fries are half gone before the sauce even comes out.
Maybe don’t mess around too much with a simple thing, JUST DO IT RIGHT!
Don’t waste your time or money there. Life’s too short to eat soggy fries!

Had a wonderful experience at this location! Food was amazing and very quick to get out to our table. Calvin did a wonderful job cooking the meals and he went above and beyond with the customer service! Definitely recommend to anyone wanting a good meal and a good enjoyable time.

We have been here twice now. Wonderful staff. They walk you through the options. They are friendly. Gluten free buns. And they are good. Good burgers that have different condiments. The fries are fabulous. So many to choose from. And the salts and dips… There are a lot to chose from. We will definitely be going back. They have soda s to chose from and mine was the root beer. Not a brand I heard before, but now my favorite.

Was really looking forward to trying their fries, but they were honestly bad. Their Wagyu burger was good, but the fries were just horrible. I got the red shoestring fries and they were limp, squishy, and not crispy at all. When I told the person at the registered they didn’t really respond, so that was a bit of a bummer. A plus is all the sauce options they have, those were cool to try.
