We stopped in Christmas morning. Grateful to find a Starbucks open. The cafe was very comfy cozy and CLEAN. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Steady stream of people in and out while we ate. My friend had never had the egg bites before- they were nice and hot and really hit the spot. They have a nice and well stocked selection of giftware and coffees. Would definitely stop here again!

First off, I was grateful they were open and willing to work on Christmas day. The staff were friendly and service was fast. We had just finished taking a long cold walk on the beach, so were thrilled to have someplace to go in and warm up. I had the caramel brulee latte with potato,cheddar and chive egg bites. They were delicious and super hot, which was perfect. Lots of cozy spaces, nice decor, and a sweet selection of gifts and coffee. Will def be back when I am in the area again.

They were busy on this rainy Saturday morning drive thru curled all around I just pulled into a space to wait for my app order to be done. When I went in to get it I thanked the barista and she actually heard me and wished me a good day. This isn’t my local store and I was pleasantly surprised to receive such a nice comment especially while slammed. Employees definitely keeping their cool. Thanks kittery starbs!

I have to say this is the best Starbucks I have ever been to! The service is always outstanding, the food is always warm/delicious and the staff is so friendly! They do a wonderful job all around and I always look forward to going back. They are so creative with the designs and cheerful things they write on your morning beverages to start the day! They are an amazing crew!

If you time to kill and watch ice cubes melt you should visit this Starbucks , very slow service plenty of mistakes. Coffee is ok but not held at the usual standards. There’s plenty of other coffee shops in the area that would be happy to serve you. Sorry but this location needs help badly.

This location is great, but the staff can be a bit careless. They play the music extremely loud, and it feels like they just want you to grab what you need and leave. It’s really hard to concentrate with the volume that high.
