We were looking for a place to eat good burger in Amsterdam, and we came up with this site with the best score on Google. It was a hit, the juicy meat, the super delicious caramelized onion sauce gives an exquisite touch to the burger. service quite fast, and super cozy place with good music to accompany food. 10!!!.

So, when I stumbled upon this place on a rainy Sunday for a late lunch, I was hoping to experience something truly sophisticated. However, I was somewhat disappointed by the long wait time, which lasted about 30 minutes. While the food was cooked meticulously, with each order stacked layer by layer, the presentation lacked the sophistication I had anticipated. Despite the wait, the flavors were still delicious and satisfying.
The space is limited, but it’s sufficient for small groups. Additionally, you can place your order online, which I plan to do next time to avoid the long wait.

Amazing! There burgers were delicious I had a gluten free burger with potato wedges and they were yummy! (Pics not GF burger) It took a little while for the food but it was worth the wait. Service was good as well people working were lovely and helpful especially with my gluten free queries. Atmosphere was also banging had good tunes on. We will be returning, thank you!

Just had a bite at Gourmet Burger here in Amsterdam with my buddy Derek, and let me tell you, it’s a pretty solid spot. We both went for their “Ultimate” burgers—one cheese, one bourbon—and these guys know how to present a burger like it’s a little work of art. You get to see all those layers before you dig in, and everything looked neat and appetizing, not a sloppy mess.
The burgers themselves were tasty, with just the right hint of grilled flavor. They even offer little gloves if you want to stay neat, though Derek and I went old-school and just dove right in. Service was friendly, though we waited a bit longer than we might have liked, about 15 minutes or so, but the quality was worth it. Seating is comfy—think a cozy little L-shaped bench and rustic wooden tables that feel like they’ve got some character.
My only knock was the music—great selection, a bit too loud. Still, if you’re in the mood for a laid-back burger spot with a modern vibe, Gourmet Burger hits the mark. I’d give it a solid 4.5 stars overal
