I placed a pickup order at 6:50 a.m with a pickup time of 6:55 a.m., and the store was completely empty inside. Even with three employees working behind the counter, it still took over 15 minutes to make two simple coffees, a plain with cream and a pumpkin cold brew. Neither drink was purposefully complicated, yet every staff member seemed to prioritize drive-through orders instead. The drive-through wasn’t busy enough to justify the delay, especially since several drive-through orders came in and were fulfilled while I was still waiting. I’ll likely stick with the Storrs St. location from now on, as they’re consistently faster and more organized. Coffee was good though.

I find the orders to be inconsistent. For example if I go to the raymond, NH one they fill my late halfway. Its frustrating because they are expensive. They tell me its because of the milk. Really the other ones get it right. Dont go to the raymond store unless you want Less than you pay for.

I had the pleasure of being waited on by Amber and Makayla. Who was very attentive and helpful, making my caramel ribbon Frappuccino with the crazy amount of Carmel and crunchies inside and out. I’ve asked this before from another location and couldn’t get what I asked for. These ladies were kind and completely outdid themselves. My family and I truly love this location.

So generally this is a great place, but there needs to be some consistency in training regarding making the matchas. Most of the time they are perfect but about 30 percent of the time they are just milky with chunks in them. Like, CLEARLY this isn’t what it’s supposed to look like but “here ya go”

Typically great and quick. My only complaint about this location is there has been a handful of times (5 or 6 now) where I order a hot drink on the app and I get an iced drink instead. They’re really good about remaking them if I ask, but I don’t always have time to wait if I’m heading to work.
