I didn’t understand why people would come here rather than just go to Dunkin where is cheaper but now I know. The staff is extremely friendly and know most of the customers by name. It’s a very friendly atmosphere and they do have a lot of sandwiches on the menu for this type of mainly coffee shop. The assortment of coffees lattes, teas, and goodies is impressive. It’s very clean, comfortable and spacious. A great place to unwind. I got a warmed spinach feta egg wrap and a mocha latte. Both delicious.

I’ve been a regular at this Starbucks for years, and the recent renovation has somehow managed to turn a busy but functional store into a masterclass in disorganization.

The new pickup counter looks nice in theory, complete with alphabetized signs that appear to serve a purely decorative purpose. Orders are dumped wherever there’s space, and cup labels are routinely placed facing away from customers. The result is a crowded counter where people are forced to handle strangers’ drinks just to figure out whose order is whose — assuming they can find it at all.

On my latest visit, I ordered ahead through the app (two drinks and two sandwiches). I found my food immediately, but my drinks were nowhere to be seen in the sea of randomly placed orders. I waited nearly 30 minutes while staff — including the manager — worked right in front of me and made a point of not acknowledging the customers standing at the counter. Apparently, if you stand still long enough, you become invisible. I would have gladly asked for help or had the drinks remade, but it’s hard to do that when the person in charge seems to treat ignoring customers like his primary responsibility and making coffee like a side hustle.

When I finally took a Hail Mary guess and turned around a drink that looked nothing like what I ordered — thinking, “there’s no way this is mine… is it?” — I discovered both of my drinks had been sitting there the entire time. They were so wrong I didn’t even recognize them as my order. By then my food was cold, and it was clear that trying to fix the mistake would just mean committing even more time to a system that clearly isn’t working.

This location used to be busy but well run. Now it’s chaotic, impersonal, and frustrating. I’m done with this store and will be taking my business to another Starbucks — or more likely, to Dunkin’.

My first barrista was very helpful, the manager afterwards was giving me a very hard time. After the Barrista made a mistake and forgot to give me my rewards on my personal cup. Which for me, is a big deal, because im not just ordering a coffee im getting a coffee and a merchandise mug. And the personal cup rewards double the stars. Which ends up being about 50 stars.

I just wanted my personal cup rewards… its your promotion, not mine… just keep your word is all i ask. that’s a pretty reasonable expectation.

I usually order ahead on the Starbucks app to save time, but this location is consistently slow no matter how early I place my order. Even when the app says my drink is ready, I still end up waiting a long time in the drive-thru area. The staff is friendly, but the wait times are really frustrating and make the mobile order feature feel pointless. Hoping they can improve efficiency because the drinks themselves are great.

Almost every time i come to this location my order is wrong. Not only that but WHYY do they NEVER fill my coffee to the top!? thats the most frustrating thing; the coffee is expensive so i expect it to be filled. Also whenever i order a drink with whip cream they never put it and if they do- they fill my cup HALF of the size then add whip cream. 90% of the time i order door dash so i cant even fix it . this place is terrible.
Also- STOP putting cold foam on my lattes when I do not order it. This place is insane.

Worst experience ever and I didn’t even enter the store. I went to get out of MY FRIENDS CAR. Mind you the store was busy. Everyone’s was parked so horribly and crammed, so as I exited MY FRIENDS CAR, I barely touched the woman’s car next to me. She angrily got out and I helped her look for a scratch if I made any. We both assessed, and there was no marks made. I then apologized and walked away thinking it was fine. Afterwards, she then aggressively opened her door to hit MY FRIENDS CAR. My friend was not the one that caused this incident and I felt terrible. To add on, she works at Starbucks. She has curly black hair and wears glasses. Can’t believe something like this would happen. I’m still in high-school and handled this situation more professionally than an adult. Thankfully there were no scratches on my friend’s car, but just make sure not to “bump someone’s car”
( mind you I didn’t even make a scratch)…especially a worker at Starbucks. Will not be going back!!! Im under an anonymous name to protect my safety, so please take this seriously.

My daughter and I came in through the drive-thru on our way home from Cheer practice. Elora took care of us and made our entire evening. We were the only one in the Drive-Thru so we got to chat for a minute and she was personable, friendly and thoughtful and I’m so grateful she was working this evening!
