I just have to take a moment to shout out the amazing team at this Starbucks in Masphee especially Tom, Josh, Cris, and Paris! Every single time I come in, they greet me with the warmest smiles and make my day go so much smoother. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly stand out. You can tell they care about what they do and the people they serve. Whether it’s remembering my order or simply offering a friendly hello, they go above and beyond. This Starbucks is in a good location, there is street parking nearby, and it has accessible entrances. There is seating inside and outside, with tables.
It seems to oscillate between quiet or overwhelmingly busy here. The last time I was here there were a slew of employees, but they seemed to be going a million different directions at the same time. Not all were wearing the Starbucks green apron, which made it appear a bit confusing as to who to ask for help.
The pick-up area is a little out of control, with a ton of beverages and foods sitting at the end of the counter. We’ve had food and beverages “mistakenly” taken from there, as it doesn’t seem like they have a good oversight as to who’s picking up what orders. In addition, customers tend to cluster at the pick-up area, which blocks one of the doors and becomes challenging when trying to ingress or egress the location from that doorway.
Food is hit or miss. Overall, it feels like this Starbucks needs a reset on their operations.

Keeping a sexual harassment case. That has been reported twice and still letting her work. That is insanity and shouldn’t be allowed at all. Especially working with people who reported her for sexual harassment. Honestly disgusting

Stopped in at this Starbucks twice today. The second visit was extremely disappointing due to one employee in particular—Maile. After placing our order, we asked to use the restroom. Instead of just helping, she gave us immediate attitude and assumed we hadn’t ordered anything. We explained that we had just placed an order and were waiting on it, but she still gave us a dirty look before reluctantly giving us the code.
To make matters worse, the bathrooms were disgusting. Floors dirty, no paper, and clearly not being maintained.
We’ve been loyal customers, but this kind of rude service and lack of cleanliness makes us think twice about coming back. Maile’s attitude was uncalled for and set a terrible tone for the visit.

Just a regular Starbucks didn’t feel welcome. Ordered cappuccino which didn’t have coffee flavor and only Luke warm. Sugar was not available outside and had to ask the staff. I think it’s the general courtesy to ask if we need sugar when handing out the order if it’s not available in the general area.

This spot, on its best day, is average. Service is hit or miss. I’ll admit it’s better than the Falmouth location, but that’s not saying alot. If coffee is what you need, there a nice local coffee shop down the way on the otheraide of the Mashpee Commons across from the grocery store.

We waited more than 25 minutes for two simple drinks that were skipped somehow. The entire staff was obviously aware we were upset and ignored us entirely. There was no apology or customer service offered. When I said there was a time Starbucks offered a complimentary drink for such a failure, I was told with BIG attitude I had to ask for it. I’ll never be back.
