Walked in and asked for a cheese steak because I’ve never been there and man at the front was super helpful explaining that they didn’t have cheese steaks but that they had roast beef and cheese. I got that and it’s amazing, thanked me for coming in and the lady that made my sandwich also was very hospitable overall amazing experience 10/10

Sub was soggy like it was made and let’s sit before it was delivered. Took over an hour an a half to deliver. Food was not prepared to order request. Very unprofessional an very displeased with Jimmy John’s service. As far as customer satisfaction. Costumers complaints aren’t being addressed an or taken care of or handled in a professional manner. In my opinion whoever is running the store needs some looking at. Also this isn’t the first time this has happened.

Tony and I had dinner from Jimmy John’s on High Street in Morgantown. We went down to High Street to see the Cruise In Car Show and they were gorgeous then we dashed into Gibbie’s for a Cool off Cool Down drink and I told him to stay put while I run into Jimmy John’s. Of course I used my reward program for points….free Chips next order… yippee
I ordered a giant size Italian for us to share…it was too big for us! My half I ended up only eating half of it….it was extremely good. Highly recommend and definitely will eat here again. Definitely use those points!!!

Unprofessional management. Extremely slow employees. Found a dark brown hair in my sub and reported it to the manager with no action taken just a we will try to make it better next time. Well, there won’t be a next time.

I’m convinced this is the worst JJs on the planet. The last 3 times I ordered delivery, it never showed up. Why did I give it 3 chances? It’s the closest one to me. The 3rd time I went into the store to get the order 3 hours later, right before the driver got there to pick it up. I picked up the order and it was wrong. So even if it was delivered in 2 hours, it wouldn’t have been right anyway.
Went into the store today because I was already down town and surely they couldn’t mess up an order in the store. I ordered 4 sandwiches, it took a half hour, and it was wrong. I’m pretty sure they’re all stoned and incapable of simple tasks. I have no idea how they survive once they walk back onto the sidewalk.
Avoid this place like a plague or collect free sandwich cards that won’t ever be fulfilled right.

Second time ordering in the last few months and both experiences have sucked. I waited close to three hours for my order a few months ago and after calling I was told the driver got a flat tire. Now this time after waiting for 2 hours and calling I asked for a refund and was told they are down to one driver because the other was in a car accident. I hate to feel this way but due to all the awful reviews about the delivery service, I truly wonder if someone was involved in an accident. This seems to be an all the time thing.

Normally I’m very happy to have some Jimmy John’s when the craving takes me, but we’ve waited for two hours with no update on our order. After calling we were told the store was waiting on the driver to return, but I could have personally gone in, ordered and been on my way in this amount of time. When ordering it’s kind of expected to have a fast delivery since that’s basically the slogan. I’m highly disappointed and will never order delivery again. Might as well cancel and go somewhere else with the wait time.
I sympathize along the lines of food service being stressful, but if I wanted to wait this long I would have ordered from a sit-down restaurant on GrubHub :/

I would like to give less than 1 star because not only was my order horribly wrong.. but it took over 3 hours to be delivered. Sub was not edible – was sooo soggy I almost threw up. Delivered the wrong drink, and wrong chips.. everything was a horrid mess. The most unfreaky fast food I have ever experienced..
For the record: I did use the Jimmy Johns feedback page BEFORE sending this review. (You may note the response from owner). I will update this if there is any contact but that has been over a week.
