Genuinely the most rudest staff I’ve ever encountered in a Starbucks before. They all sit there and pretend you don’t exist while you sit at the register waiting to order. No welcome, no greetings, just stares and 0 help. Just employees loudly gossiping!. Expect to walk out empty handed if you decide to stop here.

I went in hoping to be served a coffee. There was a long line so i went outside to smoke a cigarette and call my manager for a quick check in about work was at least 5 mins or so. I came back in and there was a young lady still undecided. I was patient but was really urgently in need of coffee and asked nicely for any tap water as the starbucks i am used to always have them. Then I was glanced at by dirty looks from baristas and ultimately was blatanly refused service. I will no longer be stopping by this location sadly i enjoyed it while it lasted they were great up until then. But i felt discomforted, dicouraged, and blatantly discriminated against for no apparent reason. I went to dunkin donuts and was treating with nothing but kindness. I hope this location improves sadly I have a gift card with 50$ on it too now and have to out of my way to another location now

Used to come here a lot but now his location has gone down hill and the people that work here don’t even treat you like your human sometimes, they forget things on the order and then get mad when you ask them nicely to just put it on. Starbucks isn’t cheap and they act like your making their job harder

people here suck. they are so rude and they take such a long time for your drink. if i go in and order i’m waiting for like 30-45 minutes. they try and tell you that you shouldn’t get that much sugar in ur drink and put less sugar in it. had a horrible experience with that with some bald guy. and now everytime my order comes in online they know my name and make it wrong on purpose. i changed my name on it and all of a sudden my drinks are better. they don’t make anything right anyways. last time i put in my real name they filled my drink with ice and there were like 3 sips in it and you’ll see in the photos that my whole entire order was wrong. no cold foam, not even barely any oatmilk

I am very disappointed with the service at this location. The barista was extremely rude to my daughter, completely ignoring her when she was politely asking for a small favor. I find this behavior very disrespectful and totally against the experience that Starbucks usually provides. No customer should ever be treated this way, especially a child. This lack of courtesy and consideration is unacceptable.

Stopped in for a couple coffees on the way out of Plymouth. Store was very busy and the drive thru line was wrapped around the store so it took a while to get our drinks. Friendly cashier, but they got our order wrong. It was too busy to bother with getting it fixed. Store was very messy, lots of trash on the floor, but as busy as it was I can see why.

I got a blended strawberry lemonade. We were inside waiting when we ordered and they didn’t call our name or put them on the pick up counter. They put them around the corner out of the way of what they were trying to do. It doesn’t have hardly any strawberry in it and didn’t have the whip cream and was more than half melted when we got it. The employees was rude when we asked for the whip cream that I had already asked for on my order. It was also very sour since it didnt have the right amount of strawberry and doesn’t taste right at all.
And there was no freeze dried strawberries in it and there usually is.

food is good but that tori barista is literally awful I don’t even know why she still works there. Everytime I have gone there she has been miserable and rude and it’s literally exhausting to the point where I don’t even want to spend my money there anymore even though my favorite drink is the brown sugar shaken. Ugh
