The tandoori chicken was good 9/10. The fried rice and chicken chilli were also kind of fusion of indian and chinese and tasted good too 9/10. chicken 65 was less in quantity but tasted great 8/10 . The butter chicken was upsetting. I would rather not order butter chicken in future . Masala kulcha was not close to kulcha though but seemed more of masala paratha and tasted good . The complimentary soup was Veg Manchow and was loved by everyone and their tea which we had in the end was truly a karak tea and a must have .
Over all seems like a good indian chinese cum family restaurant that can improvise in their quantity to compete amongst the other desi fusion restaurants in future.
Chicken lollypop: Above average, Could be better.
Mixed platter: Good taste, but Less quantity considering the price
Hyderabadi Mutton Biriyani: Good.
Mutton boti Kabab: Honestly didn’t like it coz of the heavy use of salt.
Dum Ki Raan: Actually the best thing in this restaurant. Mutton was tender and well cooked, well seasoned and Juicy.. Excellent.
Raan E Shahi: Again consist of dum ki raan which was Superb. with extra pieces of Chicken Tandoori which was really good as well.. Both the Raan’s are served with biriyani rice, which also was Good.
Double ka Meetha: Above Average, could be better
Kaddu kheer: Very Good.
Overall: 4.5 Stars, Considering the fact that Raan was the most delicious meal of the restaurant.
Prices are little bit on higher side and over the chart for some dishes. They frankly need to lower their prices.
To our surprise, the staff asked us to pay an additional 15 SAR (5×3) just for packing, which we found unreasonable and unfair. Charging extra for packing leftovers makes no sense and reflects poor customer service. We even felt it might be illegal to do so.
We initially thought of reporting this to the authorities, but as fellow Tamilians, we decided to let it go. However, we will not be visiting this restaurant again and do not recommend it to others.
Raan-E-Shahi includes a whole lamb leg along with 6 pieces of Tandoori Chicken. The meat was tender, and the spices were well-balanced, giving it a rich, satisfying flavor. The Tandoori Chicken was especially tasty, with great marination and a nice smoky touch.
Thaal-E-Ozi comes with a whole lamb leg, Shawazan noodles, fried fish, and Chicken 65. Each item was well-prepared, flavorful, and complemented the others perfectly.
The quantity was generous—easily sufficient for 10 to 12 adults—making it ideal for family gatherings. We’re very satisfied and definitely plan to order again for future occasions. Highly recommended!
Before they use to give more. Cashier very rude. I use to come regularly now disappointed.
