I usually don’t write reviews, but this is hands down the best Starbucks I’ve ever gone to. They’re fast, efficient, and have an extremely friendly and personable staff! I work in the area so I come here regularly and I haven’t been let down yet. They even brighten your day a little more by writing messages or leaving seasonal stickers on the cups! I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

The staff member refused to do the refill. She said I needed to place a new order and have the coffee served in a glass cup. However, according to their policy, refills are allowed as long as you’re using a reusable cup and it’s done in the same store.

The store closes at 7pm, I was there at 645 before work and asked for a latte, first they said the expresso machine was already clean so they can’t do a latte and then they must have counted the drawers already because they can’t take cash. . I have worked in customer service for a long time and when we closed at 8 we took a orders

For locals it’s easy in and easy out other then that it’s a cruise port and has a very industrial feel, no place to hang out and Boston is a stop I wouldn’t bother getting off the boat at! That said as cities go Boston is better than some. I still wouldn’t bother getting off the ship!

I once thought this place was great, I even shared a special moment with 3 of the workers on the day of my brothers passing but the manager Amanda is just the most rude person I’ve ever encountered at a Starbucks, she is immediately rude even if it’s the employees fault.
