First pumpkin cold cream brew of the start to fall season! Tried the apple croissant and it was delicious and wonderfully toothsome. Loved the flavors and texture.
Raccoon cake pop for my youngest because he just loves the cake pops and it was super cute.
I’m not a regular Starbucks customer, just occasionally seasonal things.

So happy they open at 4:30AM!! I was able to get in and out before 6:30 to get to work on time.
Staff was friendly enough, They seemed super busy with a very long list of orders but it wasn’t crazy or crowded.

20 minutes for 2 drinks. If you need a quick drink don’t stop here. They will happily skip making your order if someone after you has an “easier” drink – mind you, all ours was was a vanilla latte and an iced chai tea latte so take that as you will. After all that, drinks still came out bitter and odd tasting.

The Starbucks at Walkers Brook is by far one of the best in the area. The entire team consistently delivers a warm, welcoming experience, no matter how busy it gets. Every visit feels personal, thanks to the incredible associates who work there.

A special shout-out to Jake, whose friendly smile and genuinely kind spirit always make my day. He greets us like regulars and treats everyone with exceptional care and professionalism. It’s rare to find someone who brings such positive energy every single time.

This Starbucks is one of the better locations I’ve been to. Whether I order through the app or in person, my drinks are always ready quickly—which I really appreciate since I’m usually in a rush. The employees are helpful and accommodating. I’ve had to ask for a few drink adjustments before, and they’ve always fixed them without hesitation. Great service and efficiency overall!

Not a great experience. There were 6 employees behind the counter. It appears that they are more concerned with filling the “mobile orders”. I ordered my drink at 10:07am. I stated that it was “for here” so could I please have a real mug. The girl who took my order started looking around for a real mug and then had to ask another employee where they are that employee said “we aren’t doing real mugs”. Ok. (You’d think all the employees should know this information) There are 7 tables inside at this location. People who are waiting for their order sit at the tables making them unavailable for the people who are actually staying. My order was put up at 10:15am (8 minutes after ordering!) and when I say “put up” I mean the woman who made it put it in an area that was not accessible for me to get it and the guy working that end of the counter calling out the names didn’t get to it for 2 minutes because he was tending to the mobile orders. So, just to recap, it took a total of TEN MINUTES to get my drink. This place is VERY busy with mobile orders and should just be a drive-thru. It is not a pleasant experience to sit there with the door constantly opening and closing (at a rate of 9 times per minute!! Yes I took the data ) and people standing all around you as you try to sit and relax. And I’m sorry TEN MINUTES to get a TEA and then to not even get an “I’m sorry for the wait” or “Thank you, have a nice day” is just not a good way to do business.

Girl on coffee bar didn’t make either of my drinks right. I ask for strawberry cold foam, and it didn’t taste like strawberry at all. It also it took 20 mins for both drinks to come out and I pre ordered. The last time I went she made them too and they tasted even worse. The coffee was bad and they gave me vanilla cold foam instead of strawberry cold foam.

The team at this Starbucks really impressed me this morning. Brian was my cashier and he was so kind and helped my stumble through my drink (I don’t get Starbucks very often) and he was able to answer all my questions.
While I was waiting for my drink – I witnessed another employee – Kayleen (per her name tag) help another woman who seemed very confused by her own drink order. Kayleen was wicked nice and made the drink for the woman while ensuring her everything was okay. Right after – I watched her keep her cool with a customer who wasn’t being very nice about her fat free cold foam.
I was honestly very impressed – the entire team pumped out like 50 drinks in 10 minutes while being kind to me and everyone else.

there were about 50nfood service violations starting with product in unlabeled and unwashable containers. not surprised. starbucks has never actually cared about that stuff. Just until the food inspector shifts are over. the night time is a craps shoot.
