every time I go to this specific Starbucks, I get a strawberry açai with light lemonade and extra strawberry base and these teenage girls that do not know how to do their job right put extra lemonade instead of light lemonade. Do not tolerate me paying seven dollars for a drink that is literally lemonade. This is ridiculous and I’m never coming here again and I don’t recommend this Starbucks. Please go to any other one. also, I had them remake my drink and they still made it wrong and I left very unhappy. The worker is brunette black hair. I like Starbucks, the new one in Wilmington MA is on the wrong side of the road. If you go inside the people that work there act like you bother them. It doesn’t matter the time it day or what day, the staff is rude and need retaining or a different job.. although good help is almost impossible to find!

I’m a DoorDash driver. The staff there does not know how to properly treat their customers. If they see a delivery driver waiting, they should ask whose order I’m picking up rather than follow the screen. Especially if there’s only one person waiting. Customers who walked in abs ordered at the counter also got their order before the mobile orders. That’s taking money out of my pocket by having to wait.

I went to go get a Mocha Java Chip . They no longer sell frozen items. Starbucks is often out of items. Takes 10 find a parking spot. Another 10 minutes to order. Then another 10 minutes to get your item. That’s if they have it. I think I am going to call it a Day With Starbucks. No More Frozen Drinks!!! REALLY
