Tried the jersey shore sub it was ok. Kinda soggy asked for lest oil and vinaigrette but it was still soaked and you could pour liquid from the wrapper. Had to toss most of the bread. Also had the Chipotle chicken cheese steak. Very plain hardly any Chipotle flavor very disappointing.

Been reading some not so good reviews so I wanted to come in and check it out. Ended up having a good experience with the workers and also the food. Only a couple people ahead of us and they workers moved along swiftly and were courteous to the people. Then it came to us and we enjoyed good service all the way to checking out. I had the Italian sub regular size (the middle size of the 3 sizes they offer) and everything was fresh. The sand which station they used was clean and no clutter around. No wait to ring me out. I wanted root beer and the syrup seemed out, but they got it switched quickly. We grabbed a table by the window and it was cleaned off, so that was nice. They did put window tint on the windows to block the Sun from coming in, so that’s nice for the people sitting by the windows. I would like to check them out again to see if their service is as consistent as it was today. Hopefully they are because jersey mikes gives a good product all over the nation. Today was no different.

#8 Club Sub is the BEST sandwich I’ve ever had. It was made to perfection – the “Mike’s Way.” Matter of fact, it was made so well, its now my favorite go to sandwich and I can’t stop thinking about it!! Please don’t ever get rid of it!

Second chance for this Jersey Mike’s. Not any better of an experience except I did not let them talk me out of getting the sandwich I ordered this time. Came in for a BLT, and Surprise…they were out of bacon…..again. After unsuccessfully talking me in to a different sandwich, I agreed to wait fifteen minutes for the staff to prepare some bacon. Sandwiches are overpriced when compared to their competitors. Staff was underwhelming along with their service. My food dollars will be going elsewhere. When we pulled up, the open lights were off, I should have just left, but really wanted to give them a second chance.

Walked in this evening a little after 7, and was surprised to see it so dead! We love us some jersey Mike’s!
Rob greeted us with a warm and friendly smile right from the start and also had a great joking manner to himself.
After we so nicely declined to eat at the restraunt, we had some issues swiping our card. (Not due to insufficient funds but a card swipe error). After trying a second card, Rob didn’t skip a beat and a few seconds later he handed us a receipt with a meal on the house.
Great experience and even greater people working here tonight! We will be returning soon.

I placed an online order for a single sandwich at the Jersey Mike’s in New Market Square (Wichita) at 1:51 PM on Saturday. I was not handed my order until 2:13 PM — a 22-minute wait for one mini-sandwich during an off-peak time.
While I waited, there were at least 6 employees behind the counter, and I watched 5 walk-in customers place and receive their food before mine was even started. This shows a clear deprioritization of online orders.
At off-peak hours, a single digital order should take 5–10 minutes at most. Allowing in-person orders to repeatedly jump the queue undermines the value of Jersey Mike’s online ordering system.
This location is not meeting Jersey Mike’s brand standard of convenience and speed. I strongly encourage corporate to review digital order handling and enforce consistent service expectations at the New Market Square Wichita store.

Love this place! They keep it squeaky clean. Food is amazing. Water is purified. Everything about it! However there is a guy with big dreadlocks and one of his dreads was in his pants. Best Jersey Mikes on maize road without a doubt !!
