No stars should be an option. Worst customer experience I have had in my life. And its has been closed for the past 2 days. It’s a complete embarrassment of staff and management. Dont waste your time driving to this location.

This is usually my go to Starbucks due to convenience of location. I would say for the most part my drinks always come out great and the workers are very friendly. My only complaint is how long it can take on certain days to make certain drinks. There have been a couple times I’ve had to wait about 20+ minutes for two drinks but aside from that everything else is pretty solid.

Hey, look at the drink they gave me, it’s not coffee, it’s water. I will never choose Starbucks again and I definitely do not recommend this store. The store employees are completely disrespectful and do their job very badly.

The drink quality has gone down substantially at this location. The past three drinks I ordered were absolutely terrible, I had to send back two of them to remake, the first one I was naive and drank it. I think I’m gonna just go to another Starbucks from now on the avoid the hassle tbh.

Attractive location, quick service although I cant confirm if the drive thru is quick it seemed to be. Ive only been here once, and they didnt ask me if I wanted room on my coffee. So I asked. Still didn’t get room, however they had blonde roast which no other Starbucks location ever even bothers to make so that was good.

I had a fantastic experience thanks to Paul, a standout team member at Starbucks. From the moment I walked in, Paul was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. I had a bit of a situation, and he went above and beyond to assist me—without hesitation and with a great attitude. It’s not every day you come across someone who truly cares about customer service, but Paul made sure I was taken care of and left with a smile on my face. Big thanks to him for turning my day around. Starbucks is lucky to have someone like him on the team!

It’s extremely frustrating that the store is still closed!! Starbucks may need to re-evaluate their whole staffing, as local customers shouldn’t be unable to get a coffee because of employee-related problems!!!!!
