I got to these location every time my son has practice these it’s the fist time I got upset about my drink the taste and flavor was good and the varista got my order right now the person the made it diren’t I ask for lite ice 3 times dragon pieces and vanilla foam! I don’t get vanilla foam when I ask about she dumped out the extra dragon pieces the I pay for to ad the foam! It look like she mad at me the she didn’t read the slip!!! To made my order wright! At the end I drank it half way and told the cashier he got my order right the person the mess it up was some else even dough he offered to make me another one I’m not complaining to get a free drink! It’s so the employees do their job right! And have common sense!!

I was on the highway and had to pull over to use the bathroom so I grabbed a snack. Baristas were hospitable and this is a clean, busy and cheerful location. Also if you’re keeping track of gender neutral bathrooms this location has them which is cool.

Opened at 5 on Sunday. Put in mobile order. Showed around 5:15, not ready, said “we just opened.” He made my drink, all wrong, and seemed pretty inconvenienced that I was there 15 min after they opened. Paid top $ for a custom drink, it’s fricken written on the side of the cup, and it’s still made wrong!

UPDATED: Credit that the owner replied and I was refunded. Thanks for making it right! I changed service from a 1 to a 4. The owner made it right. Hopefully this was a one off situation.

This location typically stuggles with staffing. This morning’s experience was great, in and out in no time! Placed my order online and it was waiting for me when I arrived as were the Barista’s with warm smiles and a good morning ❤️ eye contact was perfect! She totally made my morning!

Aug 19,2025. I just visited the Starbucks Littleton MA, The Point. A very disapointing experience. I would have preferred to discuss directly with the district manager but I understand you need to get this info from the store. Well that won’t work. My story. It was 6:30 pm or so. I ordered a Pike’s in a mug with the plan to get a refill. At approximately 7 pm I noticed they were shutting down the coffee machine. Note, they close at 8 pm. I approached for a refill and was told, sorry no. They could give me an Americano to which I replied I did not like the Americano. I went on to state my displeasure that they stopped serving coffee 1 hr before closing. That is ridiculous. I probably swore ( my apologies). I did not yell. I did not raise my voice. But I am sure I could be heard by others. I did express my displeasure on more than one occasion. I sat down and finished my coffee, continuing to grumble my displeasure. Never was i rude to an employee. After finishing my coffee ( about 15 minutes) I left. As I was walking to my car the young man (employee) poked his head out the door and said he was going to write up an incident report and I probably would not be welcome there anymore. I stated I too would like to write an incident report to which he quickly shut the door. Well, here’s my incident report. Starbucks is struggling. I wonder why. No coffee 1 hr before closing. Hmm. Employees stating customers who express displeasure are not welcome. Hmm. As a loyal customer and shareholder ( for many, many years) i sincerely ask, please change. Find another Starbucks. 15 minute wait for a black hot coffee with 4 people in there and they just made the coffee as if they forgot about it because they just asked what I got and made it after I asked for the status.

When people walk in the door stays open letting all the cold air in, you will wined up freezing if you are trying to have a place to conduct homework, interviews, or work related meetings. They should lock the door on the right if you were walking your way in the building or make it so the door so it has more resistance to shut. Another idea is putting a sign on the door with an arrow pointing to the left door when you are walking your way in say “use this door” BUT over all the customer service, and the quality of the food is amazing. It isn’t any if the workers fault at all. That’s why there is 5 stars on the rest of the options but atmosphere freezing

Don’t go to this starbucks. Maybe it’s worth it if you have the app and do the order over the app, but they have six people behind the counter and every single one is working on app orders. No one takes the counter orders.

Today all I wanted was a pike place regular coffee with cream. The coffee was weak (tasted like tea), and for some reason they add the cream (they don’t let you do it) and it was over filled and pretty much all cream and no actual coffee. I asked for another cup, and they gave me … the EXACT same thing even after they said there was an issue with the beans. How difficult is it to do a regular coffee with cream? And why can’t I pour my own cream?

I’d also asked for egg bites, but they never took my name, and after waiting for ages, I canceled the order. I’m pretty sure it was never placed.

I live within walking distance and I will never go here again.
