So I think I just posted a review a month ago complaining about the new Starbucks location on jungle Road and giving this location all the glory because they always get my order right and I guess I spoke too soon. I just left here and I always get a Matcha. The girl that made mine is the girl with the purple hair And I don’t understand how I don’t taste anything but bitter Matcha when I’ve got a scoop of vanilla bean powder, and two brown sugar syrup in it. She also gypped me on the pecan crunch topping (that I paid for) it was gone after the second sip. It’s really aggravating to pay for something and have it be wrong. The only thing right is the extra ice

10/13/25:: Here I am back again. Don’t go to this place, I swear they read the reviews and then deliberately make your drink taste like crap. The past two days I’ve had the same girl making my drink, who has made it before no problem and it was so good, yet the last two days it’s been so bad I can’t even drink it??? And when she places it on the pick up counter she doesn’t even call my name? This matcha is so bitter and dark I can’t stomach it and the banana protein cold foam taste plain. But atleast she remembered the topping this time . At $10.97 it’s a damn shame that the same drink isn’t consistent each time. You chose the job, it wasn’t demanded of you. The VERY LEAST you could do is do it right.

On 12/15 at 8:30 pm near close I don’t know what was happening in this shop, recommend checking the cameras. I ordered a chai, 2 matchas , and a hot coffee and from the time he took my order to the time I even saw anyone is the window was 15 minutes. I under stand it’s near close but even when the place is packed it’s not that long. I couldn’t see anyone making anything I had to reverse back to the speaker and ask if anyone was still there he said I’ll be with you in a moment so I went back to the window and still waited. I expressed nicely once I saw two people magically appear that I’ve been waiting for so long he said he was the only one with attitude and unapologetically (there was someone behind him). The store had two customers in it and he said he had to make ten drinks prior to me. There was no line except for me and someone behind me that showed up later. I just think the whole experience was bizarre and I should have just drove off.

This was by far the worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. I placed mobile order #71899796, then waited in the drive-thru line for about 10 minutes and checked in at the order box. When nothing moved, I pulled out, parked, and went inside. After another 45 minutes — a total of 55 minutes wasted — my drinks were still never made.

Mind you I was ordering 3 bottles of water, 2 refreshers and one iced latte. Nothing crazy.

When the store manager, Danyele, finally acknowledged me, I asked for my order to be canceled and refunded. She struggled to process the refund because nothing she rang in matched the total I had already paid on my phone. Instead of resolving it professionally, she became visibly annoyed, slammed her register open, and handed me $30 cash.

I left without drinks, nearly an hour of my time wasted, and an experience that was completely unprofessional. For the premium prices Starbucks charges, this kind of disorganization, poor service, and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location.

Best Starbucks I’ve been to in a while! We did drive-thru. The person over the intercom was extremely nice. She went above and beyond.
Our drinks all had positive words of affirmation on them. Which was really perfect!! Written on them. My drink was perfect.. which it’s hard to do.Everyone else had amazing drinks and food. Try this one out!

You walk in at 3pm on a Thursday – get ignored – barista with green hair looks up, ignores, continues making coffee and conversation with 2nd barista. Ok. Now I’m feeling like – no other customer is here, maybe this is drive thru only, now I’m just not sure if I should even be in here. Then the second barista looks at me as I wait in front of the register and continues her conversation with second barista. 3rd barista come around behind the counter – she looks at me awkwardly like – oh no – don’t make eye contact, I don’t want to answer any questions -so I just weirdly stand there trying to figure out what I should do as that barista walks out the door. But then to some of my relief the 2nd barista walks over to me, looks at me then says “what can I get you!?” Now I am relieved – I thought orders weren’t being taken at the counter – so I ask for the white mac-cold brew. Only store I’ve seen in the past 2 weeks that doesn’t have that little cut out sign that indicates they are ‘sold out’ or whatever it says. So baristas number 2 informs me that in-fact they are out of that! I nervously laugh but I proceed to order my back up. While I’m waiting, admitted I’m ashamed that it felt so long, understandably because the drive thru was wrapped around the corner – I notice how messy, dirty and organized this place is. Ultimately just a major let down. I understand why everyone prefers to wait in line in their car. But also, so sad. The few times I’ve come here, it’s always something way off – nothing like my other two regular spots. But oh well – go to the drive thru cuz I really don’t think they want you coming inside.

My das was in the store today, and He was ignored by the attendants, and was not attended to, 4 workers and none of them were able to assist him. he was very frustrated, he left with no coffee . He need to go to work so his time was short. More 10min waiting for assistance and nothing . Very sad, we are always placing orders with you guys.

Fast service, but more pricey every few months. The redo of the place was for more backroom area. However they cheapened all the seating which makes the place uncomfortable. They also got rid of one of my favorite tea and bakery items.

Waited half an hour for an iced coffee and iced tea. Drive thru orders obviously had priority, as we could see our drinks get halfway there (ice in cups) before sitting for another ten minutes as the baristas blended and steamed other orders. This location won’t be winning any efficiency awards, but we felt for the workers, as they are obviously understaffed and lack a manager who can improve the service.

I just love starbucks! My favorite is the cold brew! This place has a drive through and is very clean. There are plenty of seats and even a large table for groups. Lots of room to move around and fairly quite even when it’s full of people. The service was very friendly and helpful. I will be coming back here again.
