Came here to study and the employee with the pixie cut blonde hair and red streak in it would scream while he was talking with the other employees. Every 10 minutes he’d go from talking like he was trying to give a spartan speech to screaming “OH MY GOD” or something equally as inane. Super unpleasant and off putting.

I’ve been to this location twice and both times were very pleasant experiences. ALL of the staff is very nice and understanding. They always make sure to say hi and bye to every customer, I’ve noticed. I came in today to buy a snack and do some homework. The cashier at the counter was awesome. I ordered a coffee cake but they were out so she let me chose a sandwich instead; she apologized and was very sincere about it. I’ve never had a better experience at a Starbucks. Not only that, the store was clean and huge compared to other Starbucks. I live in lehi but would definitely travel to this specific one for the experience.

I was having a rough morning and thought I’d treat myself to a nice coffee and breakfast before rushing off to a LONG work day. I ordered my favor hot coffee and a breakfast sandwich using the mobile app for quick pick up. When I got to the shop, I had to repeat my order at the drive-thru because they couldn’t find it. Then after waiting in line for over 15 minutes with only 1 car ahead of me I got to the window and the girl handed me my sandwich and a COLD/ICED coffee. At this point I’m running late for the train to work and didn’t have time to make them correct it. At least I hot my sandwich. The coffee wasn’t full, looked and tasted very sad. Also at 17° F a cold coffee was the last thing I wanted. When I get to the train I got to eat my hot sandwich and the sausage patty was still frozen in the middle. Needless to say this visit only succeeded in making an already rough morning even more sad and pathetic.

I love Starbucks but the one close to my house is so bad. Everytime they do not want to give you what you ordered because they are “out” or just don’t want to make it. They just give you something else. I hate that this one is the closest one to my house. I’m going to try again a few more times and hope it’s just 3 times bad luck and get to change my review!!

They’ve done a great job up until recently. They have just gotten really busy and I’ve waited 10 minutes in the drive through twice in a row, even after ordering ahead. But they always get my drink right!
