Good coffee, great people. Baristas always seem like glass-half-full people, but the Starbs baristas at this location are a full glass with whipped cream, cold foam, 6 shots of espresso, and some sprinkles. They always make me smile

I came in on Sunday morning no one was in the store at the time. I was treated like I was a VIP great service gals!!! The lobby was clean and well kept.
I got the usual pike and banana nut slice. As I sat down it filled up with patrons.
Restrooms were very clean and supplies were fully stocked. Plenty of seating inside and out. Lots of parking right off the freeway. It’s a hidden gem since it has only been here a year it’s not extremely busy YET! If your looking for a Starbucks this is the most convenient on and off the freeway or ….

Just wanted to give a quick shout out to the great customer service from the young lady in the drive up today. The service is always was fast and friendly. The young lady took time to have a brief conversation and the drive up during a busy day. It was just a brief moment but I think I just needed a light like hers to brighten my day. Always great service.

I’ve always had bad service here but was nearby and decided to give it a try again. It was before 6pm (and they close at 9pm) and the doors were locked. The employees just stared and laughed rather than do anything? They then proceeded to turn off the lights and laugh. I was so upset I just decided to go to Dutch bros instead cause I’m not giving them my money if that’s how they’re gonna act.

I was already having a rough day, and when I came in to order my drink, I thought maybe things were turning around. Then I sat down, went to plug in my charger, and—like clockwork—knocked my entire drink over.
Before I could even process my life choices, one of the baristas was already there with a mop like some kind of cleanup ninja. Not once did she look annoyed or frustrated—just smiled, asked if I wanted a new drink, and handled it like a pro.
Now, I can’t say for sure she wasn’t muttering some words under her breath on the way to grab that mop—but from where I was sitting, she was calm and collected. Top-notch service!

I’ve been to this location twice and both times were very pleasant experiences. ALL of the staff is very nice and understanding. They always make sure to say hi and bye to every customer, I’ve noticed. I came in today to buy a snack and do some homework. The cashier at the counter was awesome. I ordered a coffee cake but they were out so she let me chose a sandwich instead; she apologized and was very sincere about it. I’ve never had a better experience at a Starbucks. Not only that, the store was clean and huge compared to other Starbucks. I live in lehi but would definitely travel to this specific one for the experience.

I ordered a pink drink here this morning at 10:28. My drink was probably 3/4 ice and it watered down sooo fast. When I finished the drink at 11:45, it was still 1/2 ice. Probably the worst pink drink I’ve ever had.

Today 6/3 at 10:58 am I had the privilege of experiencing the worst Starbucks drive through customer service. I am posting so the store owner has the opportunity to do a training with the drive through team. I won’t be going to this location in the future.
I ordered a Starbucks Strawberry Açaí refresher and received a drink with no inclusions and almost no base and 80% Trenta sized cup filled with ice.
The drink did not taste good. I order this regularly and asked the barista if anything could be done or if they had other customers offer the off taste feedback today. To which I was told “no, we mix the drink exactly how corporate tells us and that’s how it comes and nothing was wrong.” I preceded to ask if she had tried the base today, to which she said “no” I then asked how she would know if something was not right with the mixture and she again said “there’s nothing wrong with the mixture.”
Starbucks has a corporate policy is to remake drinks thay do not meet consumers expectations. That was not offered.
I then drove to a different location and got the same drink and have a 100% better experience and they fixed the drink and apologized for my experience at the other location.
