As someone who really enjoys good coffee, Starbucks has always been a reliable go-to for me. The quality of the drinks is consistently great, and I’ve had many good experiences there over time.

However, during my last two visits my orders weren’t quite right and a couple of drinks were missing. I understand that things can get busy, especially during peak hours, but it was a little frustrating since accuracy is just as important as quality.

That said, I still appreciate the great coffee and the overall experience Starbucks usually provides. I’m hoping future visits will reflect the same attention to detail that keeps coffee lovers like me coming back.

I never thought a Starbucks store can be this bad. Service was bad and my cortado came in filled with steamed milk and what tasted like a straight up coffee in stead of an espresso and took almost 25 minutes and in a togo cup instead of a mug like i have asked for.

Typically when I come to this location, the staff is always phenomenal. My rating has nothing to do with the service. My concern is the inconsistency in the way the drinks are made. Certain baristas create pure bliss in a cup, while others mess it up, I’m not sure if it’s due to training or tenure. I do not like not knowing what my drink will taste like when I order the same thing every time. I drive two hours to work, so sometimes I don’t taste my drink until I get to work. I rely on Starbucks to get it right everytime and they don’t. When I go MOST mornings, it’s right. When I get off work, I have a huge gamble as to if it’s going to taste the same. Sometimes the drink ends up tasting like bitter water. I think it could be beneficial to make sure all employees are on the same page in making the drinks correctly. This starbucks will likely get your order wrong. I’ve been to many starbucks and this particular location has messed my order up 70% of the time. I order the same thing. Grande Americano with steamed half and half and 6 raw sugar. The steamed half and half keeps the coffee hot when adding cream. I’ve been given cold coffee from here once but didn’t realize it until I already left. I suggest going inside and making sure they understand what you want. I’ve seen them mess up other people’s orders as well. Let’s get some training to this location

Interaction occurred at approximately 9:30 p.m. on 02/20/2026 at Starbucks.

The shift supervisor (identified to me as “Cam” or “Kam”) displayed a level of unprofessionalism that was both surprising and disappointing. While taking my order, she repeatedly interrupted me with “anything else?” without allowing me to finish customizing my drink. She did not repeat the order back for accuracy, nor did she provide my total or confirm the final details.

The order screen was blacked out, so I was unable to verify the drink myself as I typically do. When she suggested a white chocolate mocha, I confirmed but stated I had additional modifications. I was cut off again before I could complete the request. The tone throughout the interaction was abrupt and dismissive.

I frequent this location one to three times daily and have never encountered this level of service. Team members such as Kennedy and Laila, along with managers Josh or Chris (can’t remember his name) consistently provide warm, polished, and professional experiences. This interaction was a stark contrast.

I understand staffing challenges may arise; however, there were no customers waiting in the drive-thru or inside at the time of my visit. Pressure does not appear to have been a contributing factor. The demeanor presented was simply discourteous.

As a shift supervisor, she sets the standard for the team. That standard was not met. Retraining in customer engagement and order accuracy would be appropriate. I have chosen not to escalate this to corporate out of respect for the otherwise exceptional staff at this location, but this experience was absolutely unacceptable and warrants immediate attention.

Kennedy at Starbucks is absolutely amazing. She always goes out of her way to smile, speak, and make every visit feel welcoming. Her customer service is excellent—she’s so personable and truly remembers people, even asking about my dogs each time I come in. It’s employees like Kennedy who make Starbucks a place I enjoy coming back to.

The drive thru has been taking way too long the last 2-3 months. Not sure what changed but it never used to be this bad but now I dread having to use this location even though it’s closest to my house. As an example. I have currently been in the drive through for exactly 13 minutes and I just placed my actual order. There are four cars ahead of me to the pick up window. I have been coming here for a couple of years and it had never been this bad until the last 2-3 months so something changed

This Starbucks in Melissa is my go to. The lady up at front in the drive through was extremely rude. I repeated my order 3-4 times and I was given the wrong drink. I proceeded to let her know what I ordered and what she gave me. She then started to look at me in such a rude manner. I didn’t like this one bit. She then handed me my drink and proceeded to give me one last rude glance. I really hope this isn’t what the workers are being taught to do and this manner gets handled. And the drink she fixed, it wasn’t even properly made. She rushed through it. I don’t appreciate it.

I ordered a london fog tea latte which is a steam hot milk with tea bag but they gave me a tea only with water. When I asked to fix it, they just poured milk in the old cup tea bag that I got before. It’s terrible experience, I pay for $7 for that shit drink
