I’m very upset with the worker there it was a Spanish guy I took my Starbucks beans coffee that needed to be grounds it was the blonde there was only two other girls in there, and when you walk in the workers can see north of everybody that walks in one girl was coming from behind the register which she saw me. I didn’t go look at no coffee walked from the door to the register and you’re in everybody’s provision when you walk in. I’m not sure if there is another way to walk in but anyways. walked in with my bag of unopened coffee even if he didn’t, you don’t sell the Blondie beans in this same bag or when I tired from the register to see what you had on the shelf’s there was not that same bag, he looks at it looks at it and then he looks at me and then he said did you buy this already?——
ME: I walked in with it. Can you grind it for me please
Worker :— then he goes to the girl and tells her something and she said yes right away,
when I walked in, I walked straight to the counter. I didn’t go look at your other coffees nothing and he saw me when I walked in like if your standing at register and you’re facing north, you can see anybody that walks in I mean your provision then looked at me like I took the coffee and then looks on your shelf to see if any is missing but turns away from me so I can’t see what he’s saying and then looks at me again and asked me if I bought it, I felt so uncomfortable He looked at the coffee for a good three minutes. He could see it’s Blondie. Even if you sold Blondie there, it was not in the same bag as I brought in … sooooo when you make people uncomfortable you make your store lose stars and I loved this location no I wasn’t the best one dressed in there of course I wasn’t I’m dirty from helping clean a yard ! …. Either way you don’t treat people like… Poor rich best dress not dressed everyone should be treated with respect don’t judge….

I specifically asked for something I could get free refills on like a pot of coffee. My kids and wife all got fancy coffee’s. A black girl who was very friendly showed me a menu of 2 different options I could chose. I chose one of them and drank the coffee. The employees who sold me the coffees were gone. Instead a female with red hair and a nose ring was working the counter. She told me I could not get free refills and the other employees were wrong. I told her I was advised to purchase that coffee with the understanding I would be getting refills because that is what I wanted several cups of coffee. She did not appear to listen to me, or thought I was trying to scam her. I sat down for a few minutes. Then my wife confirmed with me we were told to buy that particular coffee to get refills. The girl with the red hair and nose ring briefly acknowledged us and I had said I would just buy another coffee and the nose ring girl walked away from me as I was talking. I was about to buy another coffee. This is unacceptable customer service. I am going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the NM attorney general. Starbucks needs to take responsibility for its employees not knowing the correct information. Also, walking away from me as I was about to buy a coffee completely unfriendly. I went to McDonald’s and bought another coffee. Does nose ring mean bad customer service?

One of the nicer Starbucks I’ve been to. They have a lot of nice seating around with ambient lighting, along with a relatively large patio. You will see lots of students doing work and other collaborations. Overall nice spot of get some coffee and do some work.

A lovely space to order food and beverage, and sit while reading, studying, working, etc. Very roomy and never overcrowded. No drive thru unfortunately, but that may be why it’s not overcrowded in the parking lot and inside the cafe. Interior is very nice. Outdoor seating available.

Hands down this is the most beautiful starbucks location I have ever visited across 6 states. It’s also the largest one I’ve ever seen!

Plentiful seating, clean (including bathrooms), friendly staff and prompt service. My cappuccino was a little funky (as of the shot had expired or they hadn’t pulled the Ristretto as asked), but they made up for it by offering to remake it and instead I asked for a different type of drink.

Right next to the cultural center too!

Highly recommend this location.

Great ambience. Most beautiful Starbucks I’ve ever been in! Beautiful photos of Pueblos including a wonderful period photo of Isleta’s St. Augustine. Service was a little slow, but London fog Earl Grey was delicious.

Really lovely ambiance at this Starbucks. The staff are very friendly and courteous. Tables are well-spaced so I didn’t feel nervous at all about social distancing sufficiently. Decor in this location is beautiful, as well. I’d love to see art from the Pueblos for auction or sale. I will be restricting my spending at Starbucks extremely because the corporation uses slave labor. However, I felt this was a good place to use up my gift cards. Support Indigenous businesses!
