We went through the drive-thru, the person taking the order was rude. When we arrived at the window to pay, he said he couldn’t take our 50$ bill, he didn’t have change. We are Canadian and that was our last American $ we wanted to spend. Then when handing us our coffees we asked if he could throw out one old take out coffee cup that we had in the car and he said that he wasn’t allowed to. I get it if those are the rules but I think he could have been more polite/accommodating, maybe pointing us to a garbage can so that we could have room for the coffees we just bought from him. This was the worst service I have ever experienced at a Starbuck’s. It was so ridiculous that all we could do was laugh.

Opened my coffee once I got to my work and this is how I found it. Called to let them know and instead of apologizing or any sorts of good customer service skills they said to next time check my drink before I leave. Didn’t think I’d need to check to see if my drink was FULL after spending $7 on it. good one Starbucks!!

Excellent Starbucks. Friendly staff that went out of their way to make me feel known and appreciated. The beverage was made just to my liking, and I’m a bit picky sometimes. I’ll definitely be coming here again! The displays were done very nicely for the holidays and I look forward to seeing what the coming months will have in stock for new whole bean options and seasonal cups.

Really cozy place to be for coffee, how loud it gets in general makes it a bit harder to feel heard or hear questions. My coffee was delicious, and the snacks ever so tempting. The amount of items for sale for one product or item is a bit overwhelming before you get to the counter, but does get you thinking as a customer “do I get Starbucks enough to buy my own cup?”. I’m not a fan personally of Starbucks, but they do have a nice business in this location.
