I had a medical procedure and was on the way home. My husband was tired and wanted to get coffee. I had an ice pack from the hospital but it had melted. The young man working there gave my husband several cups of ice so we could refill the ice pack. The coffee was amazing and the service was above and beyond!

I was impressed with the barista that took our order. It was close to closing and we had to make an emergency stop because my youngest needed a bathroom. They didn’t rush us and were patient with my oldest while she decided what she wanted. Kindness goes a long way. Thanks for being a good team!!

Short wait time. Great customer service. I realky wish thry had other flavors. I would like to see almond and amaretto. Dont go very often because of that. Coffee itself is not anything special. Convenience is my main reason for going.

This Starbucks is quasi conveniently located on Old 99 just south of the Exit 88 light. I say “quasi ” because if you are headed west or east on 12 you have to exit Starbucks to the south on Old 99 and use the “round about” to get back to the light. (Which is actually easier than using a parking lot as before the “round about!)

Would give it a zero stars if possible. Asked for salted caramel cold brew With extra foam, The first one didn’t have extra foam so we asked nicely for extra foam. They made the new ones with an entire venti cup of foam and about an inch of cold brew, Then refused to make us anything else and argued. So disappointed and definitely would not recommend this location at all.

I’m bummed to write this review. We are frequent Starbucks customers. We were on our way south and stopped for a drink and food. There was no food available as there is a shortage. Get that, out of their control. The problem was they put so much ice in my drink I couldn’t mix. Then when we mentioned it, the person gave me a straw. Still unable to turn. Its sad when you pay so much and the lack of product. I hope this was an “off day” and I hope I can try another time.
