I’m going to say one word: Consistency! Every time I have visited this Starbucks, I have left with a smile and a pep in my step. My “go to” Starbucks is in University Place because I reside there and the service is above and beyond. But, whenever they do not have my favorite beverage or drink, the 74th Lakewood Starbucks always come through! I have witnessed some very rude and obnoxious customers at their drive through and in the store. But the staff’s behavior, attitude, and professionalism has been unspeakably impressive! I always make sure I tip at an amount that will not short change the entire shift because they absolutely deserve it. Currently, my University Place Starbucks is undergoing renovations until early August. But rest assured, I will continue to visit this store until then, and afterwards. Great job, and THANK YOU, for your dedication to quality service!

This store consistently provides excellent and prompt service. Today my app didn’t track properly resulting in a mobile order on the other side of town. Instead of sending me away they hopped on my order right away and included a pup cup for our dog! I was so embarrassed that this happened and I was running late, but they did not know and took care of me anyway!! Great team, great service, great location. Thank you!

The dirtiest Starbucks I have ever been to. All tables were covered with food crumbs, garbage on floors. Trash can overflowing. They did not look like they were short staffed and it was not very busy. Drink was also like warm. 3pm on 4/11.

It’s pretty filthy in here, crumbs on the table, flies around the trash, trash not being emptied.. there’s an older lady who works there that was not friendly. ALSO There was a homeless man taking a nap in the dining area and later on i noticed he took some food and walked out without paying. Most ghetto experience I’ve ever encountered. my strawberry açaí didn’t taste like it normally would ( I order the same thing every time, this time it tasted like straight water) super disappointed because I just moved here. Overall, Please train your workers for better customer service skills and clean your dining area AND your bathrooms better.

DeeDee was AWESOME! My whipped cream dome made my morning❤️❤️❤️ I was anxious while waiting for my mom to come out of surgery. I really needed this moment. Starbucks is great! I always get a Trenta strawberry acia refresher and sometimes get a fruit and cheese protein box. I would recommend Starbucks to everyone and will visit any and all of them!!

All the Baristas are so nice and friendly here! They always get my orders right! Got a Trenta Strawberry Acia Refresher and Grilled Cheese. The drive through can get a little backed up but they are good at getting through it in a timely manner and customers follow the zipper rule.
