I came in at 6:45pm, I didn’t realize they closed at 7 pm, but my family needed to go pee, and I was willing to buy stuff but the lady told me they’re closed, even though their doors were open and bathrooms were opened too. Overall, meh customer service and I hope they realize, open till 7pm mean people can order at 6.

I wouldn’t even give this store one star worst customer service I have ever received at the Starbucks. The girl who has long hair and wears it in braids and has tattoos is one of the most snottiest girls I have ever received service from. As I was receiving the lack of customer service patiently waiting with my three year old daughter, one girl took the initiative to take my order and make the drink and because of the customer service she said it was on the house the other girl in the braids decided to ask if I still needed to pay for my drink, and I informed her that the girl gave me that drink and she gave me a dirty look, and as I turned around she was shaking her head. I asked for her name and she yelled across the store in front of customers said if you want my name coming, get it, she does not represent Starbucks in the way that they represent themselves. She acted like an immature high school girl.

Usually I can take a few of the “empty” gift cards to fill later because they often disappear by the time I decide whom to send them to and how much per person. When I selected some of the Easter cards, the batista insisted that I put money on them then and there or put them back on the display. That has never happened before!

You’re better off heading to either a different Starbucks, Dutch Bros, or 7-Eleven for coffee. I’ve been here 3 times in less than a month and the service needs some serious adjustment. My first try I ordered a venti Java Chip with an Impossible Breakfast Sandwich with a reindeer cake pop and was given the wrong cake pop, which isn’t such a big deal for me. My 2nd visit a homeless person was hanging within the premises. The employees can’t do anything unless the questioned homeless person wasn’t bothering anyone. This latest visit they forgot my cookies and cream cake pop I ordered with the Java Chip and Impossible Breakfast Sandwich. I’ll be avoiding this location from now on.
