OMG- In compare to the Subway next door with it super super rude chunky Caucasian girl, this store’s staff are all nice and polite. The store is clean and their food and beverage is just as usual and exactly what you expect from the Starbucks.

Starbucks Service like it used to be so long ago. Didn’t have dark roast so they made me up a couple of Americanos with an extra shot for the same price. They used to do this everywhere but this is the only location I’ve come across in many years that has been so service oriented.

UPDATE: I’ve downgraded to 1 star because problems have gotten even worse. Not only are they still refusing to follow basic food safety standards. Even when I called in telling them that the food needed to be packaged seperatly ahead of time, when I went to pick it up, the woman that was to hand it to me refused to give it to me until I had to put up with her going off on me and saying how I’m causing problems because of my demand for safe handling practices and customer service. It’s bad enough that she has a poor work ethic and lack of safety standards but to go off on me because I have a good work ethic and safety standards was totally unacceptable. She claimed that I’m the only delivery driver that cares about proper handling, which I don’t get how that is somehow a bad thing about me. I can’t help if other drivers don’t care about customer service as much as I do. I think others should speak up and demand that this Starbucks start packaging items correctly and don’t intentionally delay orders so that they can be nasty to drivers. Since this has been an ongoing problem with multiple employees, this tells me that the problem is with the general management of this store and I’m elevating the issue to corporate offices and other officials. This is all stuff that I should not have to do if the management had any sense of ethics at all.

There’s supposed to be a promo for a BOGO buy one get one free from now until 4/12/23 so I ordered two drinks for my boyfriend and I well when we got to the window the cashier had no idea what we were talking about and I said it was on the app and if she could scan for stars (points) on my phone and she said she would have to take my phone inside because their scanner wasn’t working. Say what?! Sorry I’m not letting my phone out of my sight. She was very nice though I just couldn’t let someone scan my phone without me being there anyhow we paid full price of course UGH

Why tip before you get your order? No 8 Oz cups, cappuccino was a latte, chaged me for flavor & didn’t add. Stars for hot coffee. Not even a greeting.
