I’ve been going to this Starbucks since they opened. It’s two miles away and is very convenient for me. I always have great service, occasionally the drive thru takes awhile but that’s other customers. I love using the app, which I use a lot. It’s easy to order and customise, easy to consolidate gift card balances and utilise rewards, and easy to recharge. They often know me and my dogs by name. I prefer the polish, appearance, menu, and service of this chain as compared to the big local one. The customer service is always great, especially so with the ones that know me. There are occasional slip ups with drink orders or forgetting the food add ons I sometimes add but not regularly, but they always make up for it. I like not having to scream or try to hear over music blasting through a booth (local guys), sorry I get the local chain’s youthful, “fun” vibe they’re trying to do but I’ll take “stuffy” (professional) and polished any day from Starbucks.

I have gone to this location and got the same drink three days in a row and today it tasted like burnt old shots and I went to tell them Because if I’m spending eight dollars on a drink, I’d like it to taste right the guy at the counter was very rude. Didn’t listen to a word I said told me it tasted wrong because of how many scoops of flavor i put in it(same amount all three days) and when he made it it still tasted disgusting. Absolutely no consistency whatsoever and very rude staff.

The Starbucks at this location is fairly new. And it’s in a good location at highway 62 and 140. Pardon the pun, but Starbucks is not always my cup of tea..
They usually have good service, but most of the drinks are highly sugared and caffeinated.
In any case it’s a good place to go and meet with people. And it’s nice that they also have free Wi-Fi, and this location has a drive-thru available.

Rachel who was working at 6:30am on 11/9/25 Monday morning was extremely rude and condescending, I have never received such horrible treatment from a Starbucks employee, if you do not like your job then quit, having her as an employee is not creating a good experience for your loyal customers
