Bmo is hungry
When I first arrived nobody seated my group for ten minutes when finally seated and given food I saw a few things 1 the food was cold, 2 my eggs were uncooked, 3 my silverware was musty and when asked for a new pair it seemed like it happened often. The waiter was kind but didn’t wait on our table that often, the atmosphere was the only decent thing it made the food seem better than it actually was.

They have the best hot chocolate around town . I always order it when I come here which is like 2x a week. The staff is incredibly nice and really sweet to me and my friend. We love to come to the IHOP in Leesburg.

I went after a 15 hour shift at the hospital wanted to enjoy some food. I got a burger and onion rings. I’m eating and I see a long hair in my onion ring. I told the waitress about it. She called the manager and he told me “I guess that’s how the onion came like that when we cooked them” they didn’t have beard covers or nets while cooking. “ do you want another order” like I want more hair in my food. And he was like “I can give you a discount”. I ran to the bathroom and threw everything up. The waitress was sweet and checked on me asking if I was ok. I came here because it was new and I’m a travel nurse from NC never been in Virginia and found this place on google. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE….

Newly opened, we came with one of our grand daughters by request for her birthday. Our food was delivered hot, and delicious. Bonus, our grand daughter was treated to a birthday serenade and ice cream sundae which made her meal extra special. We will be back.

Been here 4-5 times. Have yet to have a solid experience. Either ive waited with my family for 30+ minutes after being seated to be acknowledged and the owner himself came out and served up (props to him. This was my best experience) or our food had been messed up more than once in a visit OR not even made whatsoever. If it werent for the Leesburg ihop being top tier I wouldnt even bother going to ihop anymore. Still ended up paying for food we had messed up TWICE in the same visit and they attempted to charge us full price until I argued over it.

Consumer service is severely lacking. No one was at the greeter desk when I entered, and a staff member who works in the kitchen ended up seating me when he walked out of the kitchen to deliver a dish to a table- because the only server on duty was too busy chatting with another employee to keep tabs on her tables. I wasn’t given silverware, and the only napkins we got were the two wrapped around our silverware. I had to go to the kitchen to ask for a drink refill because our server was MIA for long intervals. There were only a few tables seated in the restaurant, so I can only imagine what service is like when the place gets busy.

Just came back from a terribly disappointing breakfast, everything was served cold, cold omelette with some mystery white sauce anyone, unmelted shredded cheese all over and inside the omelette? I think they didn’t like that we ordered off the value menu on the last page of their menu, you get a full breakfast all for $7… best kept IHOP secret! If you can stand cold food it’s quite a deal, not sure we can put up with that again.
