We often go to this Starbucks. At times the music is so loud that we can’t hear each other speaking. We have asked for the music to be turned down in the past and it is not usually an issue(not to mention we are not the only ones who ask for the music to be turned down we have heard others ask as well) this particular day Marissa told us it doesn’t go down any further(which is a lie as they have done it in the past no problem) she told us we could change where we are sitting if we didn’t like it. RUDE WHO DOES THAT. Plus it’s a coffee shop where people go to enjoy coffee and conversation not night club!

Very friendly and usually fast. This morning g there was a rush and my drink was missed but they gave me a card for a free drink to make up for it. Much better coffee and service than the one just around the corner in the Safeway.

They have nitro cold brew!! It’s not a particularly fancy Starbucks or that great of a location, but it’s quite and I’ve always received great service here. They’re open later than most Starbucks around West Linn. I think they have wine and beer also, or at least they used to.

They messed up on my drink multiple times in a row and I had no time to wait for them to redo it again. The barista poured my messed up drink into the correct sized cup and added the wrong expresso to it and didn’t add more of the requested add-ins coralated to the size of the drink.

I don’t mind waiting for good service. They are very nice here and they have never gotten my order wrong even with a heavy crowd. A bit slow at times but again, I would rather wait for good service then fast lousy service.

This is a great Starbucks. Everyone’s nice, and courteous. Location is well set in a comfortable lounge area. There are plenty of areas to do some work with good plug coverage.
