Came in to this Starbucks never had a problem until today, February 14, 2026 at 6:55pm. I placed my order and he then proceeded to say “is that all you want?” He was very rude and unprofessional. Never coming back to this Starbucks location after this horrible experience. He was just distracted flirting with the other baristas who were just trying to do their part while he just acted like he was doing something holding a broom the whole time.

Literally the best coffee I’ve ever had! Watsonville can teach other cities a thing or two about making a damn good cup of joe!!! My wife was equally impressed with her carmel ribbon crunch!! Stopped in to get the mother in law a coffee for watching my toddler. Restrooms were clean. It was quiet, despite having a lot of mobile orders waiting. I ordered in the parking lot and used the head and my drink was done by the time I finished. I said hello before they did, but that’s my M.O., so I don’t hold it against them.

Whoever’s Grandma , y’all hired at that location needs to get off that damn register. that Starbucks also needs to be aware of their caps. Waited 20 min for my order & Got my two drinks with grease stains on it from other food that is gross. Couldn’t even sip my drink. GERMS.

This is the worst Starbucks. I waited 30 minutes for my drink just to find they were out of it. Staff continually ignored us while we waited at the counter. Manager was rude and unapologetic. Watched a staff member take out trash and not wash her hands before she went back to serving customers.

This has been the 2nd time they get my order wrong the barista who was taking my order not sure if she was on the phone or taking another order at the same time asked for a refresher dragon fruit drink and was given a lemonade with no dragon fruit just lemonade water and w no ice. Have no time to go back since i leave 15 min away. Was not even that busy by the way. Avoid this location if possible or just make sure you check your drinks before leaving that location.

The staff here is great! The coffee is as expected from Starbucks, which is to say consistent. I like the space. There aren’t any comfy chairs, but there is plenty of seating.
Update: the music used to be played a bit loud here but seems to be much more tolerable now.

Rudest Starbucks I’ve been to. Went through the drive thru for my mobile order and neither barista at the window greeted me, and just handed me my order. I was the one saying “please” and “thank you” not the other way around. Won’t be back at this location.

Staff was very helpful and very nice. I stopped by during a late break at work around 8:15pm. At first I sat at the two seater table near the wall and enterance. It smelled really bad, I had to move to a table at the other end of the store. The coffee was exactly the way I like it.

The wait here is always ridiculous, always. I have been waiting double my stated time and it’s been nearly 20 minutes. When I finally get home, a cake pop instead of the food I ordered. One star.
