We had a fantastic meal at Molotov that exceeded expectations and is worthy of five stars. As a general matter, I’m not one to heap praise unless it is due, and I’ve had plenty of mediocre meals at high-end restaurants in Denver. This was not one of those meals. Instead, the food was creative, well executed, and delicious! The service was attentive without being overbearing. And the space is as charming as ever. We were devastated to hear that To the Wind was closing, and Molotov had big shoes to fill, but we are so happy with this new iteration. Definitely give it a try, you will not be disappointed!

What an interesting experience. Stay with me here! This is one of those hole in the wall gems you look for when visiting a city (although when we were there, there were several locals and regulars). The space is small and a bit cramped so reservations are a must! The entire restaurant staff is involved in assuring you have a pleasurable dining experience. The decor is very eclectic, as was the vibe! The food was scrumptious and unique. 12/10 Experience, will definitely return on our next visit to Denver!

I recently had the distinct pleasure of being invited to a pre-opening tasting at Molotov Kitchen, and I simply cannot recommend this place enough! The restaurant showcases a modern fusion twist on traditional Ukrainian cuisine, and the culinary creativity on display is truly exceptional.

A phenomenal experience! I had a bit of a hard time finding it because I was expecting a large entrance… I found a hip, quirky, comfy, laid back room full of amazing people! The decor and the atmosphere are relaxing and inviting. The food is a modern twist of Ukrainian/Russian cuisines (don’t get irked – selyodka pod shuboy and golubtsi are present in many of those homes across the former Soviet Union republics). The presentation is VERY creative and it is a taste buds experience you should treat yourself with!

This restaurant is insanely amazing. As both a Ukrainian and someone who loves food, I’m so glad to see this cuisine showcased in Denver in an innovative and fresh way. Make sure to get a reservation as this is a cozy, intimate, small space. Next time, I want to sit at the kitchen bar and hangout with the chef, who you know was having fun the entire time.

Came in for dinner with a group of 5 on a Saturday. Staff was attentive and friendly. We ordered every menu item, and everything was great. The borsch dumpling and the pork shank were highlights. Good infused vodka offerings as well, had horseradish and strawberry. Prices were reasonable. I would certainly come back again.

Cute but small place with creative Ukrainian fusion food that is unique and delicious. The pampushky, unique borscht, and kielbasa that looked like a pate but covered in all sorts of other flavors.

We were excited to get a table at this super hyped up new spot in Denver! The quirky vibe inside was great, and the servers were very attentive. It was also amazing to see Ukranian food finally being represented super well in our state!
