terrible experience! just went in for a quick pit stop, and despite arriving at 19:50, there was a rude lady who declined to share with us the bathroom code because “we close the bathrooms at 19:30, or 30 mins before close per our manager policy”

I got a good espresso with ice. I Downed it and then immediately had to take a number 2. The bathroom was cozy. It was a good one. Espresso was ok. But the 2 was real good.

I havent been here in awhile now. I use to go 5 days per week. I was given something other than what I ordered, noone said anything, someone wrote a note on the bag my food was in, thinking I’d see it. I did not. Then when I called about it, they said thats what we do. I said I didn’t see the note, I would have liked it if someone said, sorry we don’t have what you ordered, can I get you something different?? That would be the best way to handle it. I felt noone cared about me the customer, who came everyday.

I’ve had multiple bad experiences here… seriously the most incompetent Starbucks I’ve ever been to (and I’ve been to a lot). Most recently, I walked in and ordered a breakfast sandwich on my way to work. I went outside for 10 minutes and waited, then walked back in and waited for 5 more minutes as people picked up their mobile orders. I was watching and nobody was near the oven where they heat the food. I asked the lady when my food was going to be ready (I was on the cusp of being late for work at this point). She rudely retorted it would ready when they called my name. I asked if it was in the oven and she lied that it was. I then saw another barista go and ask the kid in charge of food orders if it was, it was clear he had forgotten about it and hastily threw one in the oven. At this point I just asked for my money back. She didn’t apologize or even appear to want to refund me. In the past they’ve gotten my order wrong, and even tried to charge me when I asked for more cream (now that you can’t add your own due to covid)… seriously the worst management EVER.
