Inconsistent personal cup procedure. Their former method was to measure it out in their own reusable cup and pour it into mine. Today, because their training is uneven and no one talks to each other, they made my drink in a disposable cup and suggested I throw that away after mere seconds of use. How stupid ARE they? No one is even trying to reduce waste. Back to boycotting.

Nice staff who don’t try to argue with (or gaslight) customers. The space is unfortunately cramped, uncomfortable, and not at all conducive to “just hang out,” but it is clean in public areas with only minor clutter chaos visible behind the counter.

No drive-thru and the parking lot is often busy. One of the smaller local Starbucks. The team is always very fast. Even though there are only a few tables inside, they do have a large patio area with many tables. Lastly, there always seem to be homeless/drifters around.
