I have been years using Starbucks, not just in this location but in lots. Today was the first day that they told me they had to CHARGE ME TO REMOVE THE ICE IN MY DRINK or HAVE IT WITH LITTLE ICE. When I asked why was that, they told me it was a CORPORATE decision, which I understand because I can tell it was not the decision of the person in the counter helping me with my order. However, I asked to change my lemonade for water (to avoid sugar and calorie intake), and I DID NOT GET A DISCOUNT for having JUST SIMPLE WATER. I am astonished and I won’t be back at this or any Starbucks I’m afraid.

I came to this location with ordered shake coffee with out cinnamon but I got with cinnamon and then tell barista she just take the cinnamon on top out so she didn’t remade it!! So disappointed!! I come to buy coffee this location many many times they used to make coffee so good!! But not today!! and another order got with like milk shake not coffee shake. ☹️ funny taste of both!!

This is the worse starbucks ive been so far. 30 minutes waiting on the drive thru. It’s nit that their busy the workers are just lazy they make every car wait 2-3 minutes before even taking their order. I’m pretty sure you’re suppose to take orders as soon as the next car pulls up. 5 cars in front of me and it took 30 minutes to finally get my drink . This has to be a world record.

Every time I order something from here something is always missing and to be honest it is an annoyance because I am expending extra money on Uber eats just so half of my order to be missing! Uber eats doesn’t refund the full amount of the items that are missing and they shouldn’t it wasn’t their fault. I don’t think I will be ordering from here again this is the third time it happened and I don’t want to keep wasting money on a place where I can’t even my full order. Only reason why I added an extra star is cause I understand that it can get really busy.

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to! In the past 6 months I’ve experienced almost daily… drinks that don’t taste like the way they’re supposed to, staff don’t listen and give you different sizes then you order, some staff will be combative if you say your drinks wrong, they are always out of products or ingredients like oat milk, agave, whip cream, flavored syrups to the make drinks, they were out of refreshers I mean the whole drink all of them except the mango dragon fruit, I have to request double toasted everything because it comes back semi cold if I just say toasted, no large cups will give you two grande and then tell you they don’t have large cups. Be closed way early or not open due to not enough staff, high staff turn over. Sit for 10 to 25 min with only one or two cars in front of me. Will only take one order at a time. Absolutely not worth my time or money.

My niece was in here waiting so patiently for the items she ordered. As she sat and waited everyone who was working there was completely ignored her WHILE COMPLETELY IGNORING THE FACT I WAS IN LINE WAITING TO BE HELPED. When some construction men came in they were greeted and helped and I had to interrupt and mention I’ve been waiting in life for more then 5 min while Noone was in line. They can’t even say that they didn’t see me because I had eye contact with each on them.
