First of all, this location DOES NOT HAVE A DRIVE THROUGH as indicated. Went to this location second as the first one i went to up the road had a drive through BUT it was closed. At this point, I just needed my coffee so I had to go inside. No greeting as I walked in and waited for someone to take my order (no one in line in front of me). When it was my turn, I was told there was no cold brew, which was my first choice. I went with my second, the iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken expresso and a chocolate croissant. One star for the croissant. Needed it to be a Venti to last me through the rest of the day. I was in a rush so once they made my drink I got into the car to go to work. To my surprise, turns out my VENTI was just ICE and a sprinkle of coffee!! I barely made it onto the freeway and I had already finished my VENTI COFFEE after a few sips. If I wanted water, I would’ve ordered it. But I needed coffee. And for $7 a drink, you would think it would be quality! There wasn’t even enough coffee in there to fill a tall cup! What a scam from such a huge corporation. Obviously I was already running late for work so I couldn’t go back so here I am enjoying my melted ice writing this review. Extremely disappointing- Def would not recommend!

The cashier didn’t have a name tag but she was wearing glasses and a pink sweatshirt. She didn’t ask my friend and I if we wanted our sandwiches heated or even our names to pick up our order when it was ready. We had to guess if it was ours. Cashiers at other starbucks always ask those things to make sure you get what you ordered the way you want it.

My favorite Starbucks in the Bay Area (and I’ve been to a lot of them!). Friendly service, lots of parking, convenient location, and very clean. The crew who works here does an excellent job.

Excellent customer service, clean, employees are soooooooo nice. I get a iced caramel macchiato with extra/heavy syrup drizzle, I always say I’ll pay extra for it, charge me whatever. Only a few Starbucks hook it up how I like it, and I think this location takes the cake! Definitely 10/10! If the barista’s from this location are reading this, THANK YOU! Y’all are awesome!

Don’t visit this Starbucks if you want your drink completely full when you get it. the staff is usually super nice, but please give me all of my ridiculously priced coffee. If I’m paying for it, I want it all.
