This is my favorite Starbucks in the area. It’s very clean and relaxing. The music is always great and soothing. The staff is so nice and friendly. They have plenty of seats and tables indoors and outdoor. At night the turn the firepit on and it looks amazing. Nice and cozy place. You can come here to study or for a small meeting.

Will not come back, so corporate, bought my daughter a pink drink and they rip you off by filling it to the top with ice. We all know this is a common practice, however it just reminded me of how corporations lack character. I’d rather give my money to a small mom and pop. 🙂

Today I walked in and ordered to a not busy shop a grande frap. 4 people were served their drinks before me who ordered from same line after me. Asked associate about it. She said, “Whatever, that happens”. Right. I can see it does. But how about a “simple sorry about that?”

First off a 5 star ratings for Kelly the pleasant friendly middle aged lady who took care of my order, she was awesome and I should know awesome customer service, One of my jobs was as a secret shopper at stores hotels and restaurants in NYC, also I was in the hospitality industry for years. But I must give a 1 star for the coffee. Why oh why has Starbucks not put back the milk and sugar back where people can make their own adjustments to their own coffee? My iced coffee was practically white with cream. This has happened 3 different times at three different Starbucks. Its too much trouble to have to wait to ask for another one. Starbucks sucks

Kayla is awesome!! I started going here due to work and there was a mishap with the app on my first time coming to this one (3 weeks ago) and she was accommodating that day and very apologetic over the situation. I’ve returned 3 or so times since then and she doesn’t always help me or isn’t there but this morning I was getting coffee and she basically remembered my order and the number of pumps. Caught me off guard and put a smile on my face. Then we had a nice little convo because it was early in the am and she is so perceptive, personable, and understanding. Her customer service is amazing.
