Amazing fast friendly service! They were really helpful. Pretty much all Starbucks, dont cater to you as the customer they cater to the company. But not here its genuine good people. They didnt ask for my name at the drive thru thank goodness. That’s always so awkward and always relieved and thankful when they dont.

I ordered from this place twice through uber eats and I dont know if they dont know how to read but they made the same mistake twice. I ordered a strawberry refresher with 2 pumps of raspberry SYRUP and they give me raspberry boba. This happened both times. Then I order an apple croissant and they give me a buttered croissant. Will not be ordering here again.

I’ve been going to this Starbucks for about 4 years now and a couple of close friends of mine have as well and all I have to say is this staff is genuinely one of the most miserable and unfriendly staffs. Now that’s not to say every single worker there is insufferable but about 95% of the staff is just so rude and have an attitude almost 100% of the time I go to this location I do not recommend this location they always make drinks wrong anyway and the general manager/owner treats new hires like absolute garbage. If you were to point out a mistake that they made you can see a physical change with the staffs attitudes and they will gladly show you that they are bothered. I know some former employees that left the job as well due to bullying and the gm does nothing about it. Over all I do not recommend coming to this location as most of the good reviews they have is because the gm begged people to leave a good review but this is just an absolute horrid location and not people friendly. Staff is to bitter and grumpy all the time dont waste your time at this location and just go down the road to the 5th street location.

Okay so I usually don’t write reviews but I had to today. I usually order an ice coffee at this location because usually when I order anything else they miss something. Today they didn’t even make my drink right at all. They put a bunch of ice when I asked for light ice and they forgot the shots of expresso I asked for. They didn’t even put extra caramel. So basically they didn’t put all the extra stuff they charge for.

The cashier was so mean so rude… i always get my starbucks here every time i drop my daughter at school and we always go thru drive thru and today we decide to step out and go inside and this guy cashier was super rude. Maybe he have some problems at home but he doesn’t have to carry those problems to job!
