This is another disappointing trip to this Starbucks location, not including 3 other locations. Just in the week on 7/07/2023. That once again did not have the drinks, I wanted to purchase. The excuse is the same not enough inventory. That 7 times out 10, I’ve been here to come to get drinks. Not once have they had a cup holder. I purchase 5 drinks at a time at least 2 times a week. Today the young lady that help me actually gave me attitude because I asked for new straws because the ones she gave me got wet, from the dirty counter that was wet from many other drinks. Lol I have to regroup with my teenagers n find a better business, that maintain better inventory. They should get with McDonald’s since they are the providers of the Coffee products.

Took my granddaughter here at 1:50p.m. today. Ordered at the drive thru a frozen drink. Drink came out as iced not blended. Girl had an attitude when I gave it back to her then brought back the same drink with crushed ice. Still wrong but had 5 cars behind me so took it. Asked for a straw and another attitude. The car that ordered before had to send 2 of their drinks back to be redone. Definite lack of training and poor customer service.

everytime i order on the starbucks app when i come in at the estimated time the drink is not done and when i tell them my order name they barely start to make the drink. They take too long to get to mobile orders and the waits are usually longer than just going to the drive through.
