While giving something different from what the customer ordered, she did not apologize and did not replace it immediately, showing an expression as if she was discriminating against Asians. It was very unpleasant, and everyone had to wait a long time because the other sons also received the wrong order….. This place urgently needs to train staff to be kind to customers and apologize for mistakes…..

I’ve stopped in here a couple times while on vacation from Ohio. Service was friendly even though the place was packed. Just got a tall Green Apron and luckily found a seat outside where I like to sit. Tables were dirty. I guess most Starbucks are too busy to bother with the outside seating. I didn’t use the restroom after looking at the photos. I suppose alot of nastiness comes from homeless which there are alot in CA. Barstow really needs another Starbucks in town to disperse the crowds.

This is the first Starbucks that I’ve seen stay open past 10:00 pm. Which is awesome because when you drive late at night a good chip of coffee helps the drive.

My daughter is in National Guard in Barstow. She comes to this location when she has Duty. She orders a drink with heavy cream and no water with a strawberry puree and vanilla bean powder. Yesterday she got one charge her 8.00 for drink and they put water in with heavy cream. Disgusting! She did not drink it. Today she went back on 7-28-2023. Got same drink and complained about drink she got yesterday and they did not compensate and not charge her for the screwed up drink the day before. Very disappointed that she had to pay 16 bucks for 2 drinks and only drank one. They did make it right this time but I’ve worked in customer service for 22 years and I feel they should’ve given her the drink that was not made right for free today and not charge her again! Bad customer service in my opinon!!!!

They don’t go in orders. People coming after me got their drink before me. If you order hot drink you’ll wait a lot lot longer then ordering a a cold frap or any cold drink. Really? I asked why takes so long I have been told you ordered a hot drink. So??? I have to wait because the cold drinks have priority? Bad management. 0 start

Making my way to Vegas in the middle of the night, I pull off and come across this 24-hour Starbucks. The place was empty when I got there the staff immediately help me out and brewed me a delicious Starbucks order! The restrooms were freshly cleaned, the store was tidy and the chairs all pushed in. Great place to stop off for a few minutes!

I’ve been here a few times now. My drinks have been acceptable. The customer service is hit or miss. The exit is awkward to get out of especially if there is a lot of traffic. Also I’ve never been to a Starbucks that has given me pre-packaged banana bread…..
