If you make it at good times service is fast, the workers are friendly, and the drinks are like any other Starbucks. Today however, once I arrived home, I looked at my drink (which had not been consumed at all yet) and about an inch was missing out of it. If I pay for something, I’d like to receive the full amount of what I paid for….

I know big corporations don’t care about the people they serve, and it goes to show. This has to be one of the worst locations. Some employees are super nice while others, don’t listen to your order so it’s never correct, never put your name on walk up orders so you stand there waiting for 30 minutes while they try to figure out what’s going on. I liked this spot because it was close, but today sealed the deal. No more. Thanks for the attitude and for not listening to what I ordered. As usual.

I’m not really sure where to start….. I ordered a TR iced coffee, light ice, w/classic syrup and 1/2&1/2, an everything bagel w/cream cheese (not warmed up) and a blueberry muffin (not warmed up.) After tasting my coffee, I had to ask for a side of classic syrup. When I parked in some much needed shade, I grabbed the bagel and cream cheese only to find out that they didn’t include a knife to spread the cream cheese! I moved on to the blueberry muffin and discovered that it had been warmed up, which I can’t stand, (I’m one of those weird people who like my blueberry muffin cold, straight from the freezer if possible! I know, I know, it’s strange.) needless to say, my start of the day wasn’t a pleasant one.

Attitude might have gotten better, but they are one of those locations that are partaking in that trend of being a beggar actually ASKING if we’d like to leave a tip… can this location learn to have some class already gosh dang it? You can ask someone to hit the option before paying. Don’t hold the screen of an angle so you could see what we’re putting down and having the nerve to ask for more money. I’m always one to leave a little extra something but it’s a turn off when you BEG. Especially when they continue to get drinks wrong.

I ordered a Grande Mocha Cookie frap with EXTRA Carmel and they didn’t put ANY Carmel in the cup. I said something and tried handing them the drink back to fix it and they said all they could do was give me a separate cup with Carmel in it. If I paid for the extra Carmel why can’t you take the time out of your day and make me a new drink with Carmel inside the cup.

My prefered SB in Santee for their hussle! Always gets my mobile order right and I like that they have a drive through and walk up window. Can sometimes be difficult to navigate into parking lot but worth it.

The drive through was full but quick. I ordered my coffee on the app and it was ready on time and made perfectly as ordered. The upbeat young man who took my order sincerely enjoyed sharing positive vibes and bringing a smile to my face, which got my busy day off to a great start. I don’t live in that neighborhood, but I’ll be back!
