I’m a frequent at Starbucks. Had to come to this one due to the appointment that I had but when I walked in no was being helped yet there was a line of people. The employees weren’t really doing anything. I put in a mobile order for a chocolate brownie (my usual) and a venti hot mocha. I grab my drink and pastry and head home. I get all the way home and realize they gave me what I think is a chocolate croissant that wasn’t even warmed up. My mocha also tastes like warm milk. I guess from now on I will stick to my usual Starbucks by my house.

Fantastic coffee fantastic service one of San Diego’s best. The only problem is that occasionally, homeless and mentally ill persons disturb this place by throwing full creamers in the trash and other things. The staff members, however, are courteous and compassionate to others who are less fortunate. I must sincerely praise them.
