I was having the worst day yesterday. Visited this Starbucks to get a delicious white chocolate mocha to make it better. Was greeted immediately by multiple team members all who asked how I was and I lied twice. When it came time to order, I believe it was Katie that asked how my day was. I couldn’t lie any more and told her it’s been a rough one, but that’s what coffee is for. Upon pickup, she handed me my coffee and gave me the cutest unicorn cakepop that I did not order. She handed it to me and told me it’s going to get better. She is an all star and all around phenomenal human being. Totally made my day. I definitely recommend this Starbucks. This is my second time visiting and the staff are always friendly and the place is always clean.

Why does my drink look like this? I haven’t taken one sip yet. I have never once had this happen at any other Starbucks when I ask for light ice. Will never be coming back to this location. Complete waste of my money and time. Horrible service.

I was sitting outside with my dogs when Larry came out to clean the tables. He asked if we needed anything? I said I ordered on my app and I’m just waiting. He offered to bring my order to me, which he did. Now that is what I call terrific customer service. Thank you Larry for a wonderful experience.

This location is little crowd all the time it is because they located in best location. Plenty of parking spaces and staffs are super nice! If you live around here you should visit.

Went to the one in City of Hope where you can’t tip. But the workers don’t let that stop them from being the sweetest nicest group of kids running it like a well oiled machine! Thanks for being there for the many people who work there and the many family members and patients too! Great hot drink and yummy treats to share with my sis who was a patient there. She is now cancer free!!! Weeee

Under staffed most of the time, and they make the drinks wrongs pretty much every time that I have visited this location. What’s astonishing that after pointing out the mistake, they make the drink wrong again, it is beyond my understanding how someone can mess it up twice.
