The baristas at this fabulous Starbucks are amazing! When I come in they know my drink right off the bat, they always welcome me with the warmest of smiles, they are always in a great mood no matter what! I love coming in and seeing a friendly face. Waited 15 minutes for two refreshers because they were just standing there talking and laughing took them 15 minutes to realize they forgot our drinks and were super rude about it. On top of that our drinks taste like chemicals and both are undrinkable and leave a chemical after taste in your mouth. probably not safe !

Mediocre customer service. Restrooms are not very clean. Starbucks has never been the same since COVID. They have the straws, the cream, the sugar, basically everything you might want to add to your coffee on lock down behind the counter. For 8 bucks for a latte I’ll pass.

Long time customer. Went to pick up ground coffee beans and the lady at the drive thru was clueless when i told her the bag she gave me was not ground per the order. She said “It was a mobile order and cannot tell” then awkward silence so i drove off. I went back in and she accused me of disrespecting her and yelling and that her manager over there will handle it. He did grind the beans per the sticker on the bag but did not apologize either. Customer service must be a lost “art form”. She CYA instead of learning i came in to show her how it was ordered but she did not give me the chance. Removed my Christmas tip so the team suffers. I would suggest not having her interacting with customers. 12/24/22 @ 1pm

Some of the friendliest employees around!! After driving 4 hours the night before an ice coffee was needed for my 8 hour drive ahead of me. The night crew tonight included a red headed girl working the bar who was the most obnoxious, rude and unhelpful Starbucks employee in northern Nevada, rather than trying to solve a problem she became argumentative rather than trying to solve the issue. The other two working with her never tried to help either, this is apparently a reflection of the management at this location. We will never visit this store again if this is how they treat customers.
