Ordered a Americano, what I got was something very watered down and dissappointing. I told the batista this, but her response was flippant, “maybe just get a regular coffee?”. I love the white chocolate mocha with oatmilk. My daughter, with food allergies limiting her options, is usually able to find drinks (teas) and sometimes snacks. My other kid orders the caramel macchiato (I have no idea how to spell that) with soy milk.
